光合细菌作为生物反应调节剂在肿瘤治疗中的作用研究

【摘要】 恶性肿瘤是一种常见且严重威胁人类生命的主要疾病,如何对肿瘤进行有效治疗一直是临床关注的热点问题。生物反应调节剂法作为近年来出现的一种新型的肿瘤治疗方法,因其较传统肿瘤治疗方法有许多优越之处,得到了普遍的重视,在临床治疗中也显示出良好的治疗效果。本文通过建立各种动物模型,对光合细菌制剂在抗肿瘤方面的作用进行了研究。 研究结果显示,光合细菌制剂对小鼠S180和Lewis肺癌两种瘤株具有明显的抑制作用,其抑瘤机制与抗氧化、提高机体免疫功能有关。提示光合细菌可作为一种新的生物反应调节剂用于肿瘤治疗中。

【Abstract】 Tumor is a kind of serious disease that is common but threatens human life. It’s a clinical hot problem that how to treat it effectively. As a new method of Anti-tumor Therapy, Biologic Response Modifier has many Characteristic advantages and is getting more attention now. And they have had some visible effects in clinical treatment. To study the PSB product’s influence on anti-tumor, some small mice model were set up.The results revealed that the photosynthetic bacteria products have significant inhibitory action in both S180 bearing mice and Lewis Lung Carcinoma bearing mice. Maybe, the anti-tumor effect of PSB products are associated with they can increase the activity of anti-oxidation and improve the immunity function of mice. These findings suggest that photosynthetic bacteria can be used as a new Biologic Response Modifier on Anti-tumor Therapy.
