滦河大河口西山湾串联水库优化调度模型研究

【摘要】 大河口和西山湾水库是内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟多伦县境内滦河干流上两座重要枢纽工程,具有发电、灌溉、供水和旅游等功能。它们的优化调度关系到内蒙古正蓝、多伦等旗县经济社会发展和浑善达克沙地生态建设。本文在充分分析大河口~西山湾水库特性、用水特性的基础上,采用聚合~分解算法,用离散随机动态规划方法以满足用户需水要求为目标确定了大河口~西山湾聚合水库稳定优化运行策略。依据上下库的水量联系将等效水库的最优运行策略分解,得出大河口、西山湾水库的优化运行方案。优化结果证明,在稳定的优化运行状态下水库具有较高的供水保证率。根据遗传算法随机产生函数变量,无需储存离散点的特点,尝试用基于目标序列的排序矩阵评价个体适应度的多目标遗传算法,求解了以发电与供水效益最大为准则的滦河大河口~西山湾串联水库系统的优化运行策略。计算表明遗传算法在水库的优化调度中,能有效地避免“维数灾”。最后本文从理论上评述了两种优化结果的合理性,并结合实际提出有待进一步研究的问题。本研究是国家自然科学基金委重点项目“京蒙沙源区植被建设中水资源优化配置”研究中一个子课题,在完成本论文过程中,得到自然基金委的资助。

【Abstract】 Dahekou and Xishanwan two dams have located at Duolun County of Xilingaole Prefecture of Inner Mongolia. They have functions of electricity generating, irrigation, water supply and tourist. Optimal operating the dams has benefits for economic development of Xilingaoler Prefecture and ecology construction of Hunshandac desert land. The two cascade reservoirs have been considered as single dam in terms of their operating rules and optimal operating polices for it have been determined by discrete stochastic dynamic programming model.According to the variety of the genetic algorithm that produces stochastic variable and does not store a large number of discrete points, it renders an power generation and water supply optimal decision to a cascade dams system by using a multi-objective genetic algorithm which the appraising function in this method ranks the gene by comparing their performance in each objective function through the sorting matrix created by the objective function. The result shows that it can avoid of the COD problem.At last, in theory it summarizes the work and in practice gives the directions in the further research. The study is a sub-question of national nature science foundation major project “A Study of Water Resources Optimal Allocation for vegetation at Sand Source Area Between Beijing and Inner Mongolia.” In the course of writing thesis, we gain aid financially from national nature science foundation.
