【摘要】 随着火电建设市场的升温，电力基建项目多了起来，火电施工单位要同时面对多个施工项目，多项目管理的问题摆在了电力施工单位面前。本文对火电施工多项目管理进行了研究，提出采用“异地复制”的管理构想，通过固定的管理模式达到项目统一管理控制。本文尝试设计的火电多项目施工管理的模式是：以项目管理“异地复制”为目标，在项目管理三层分离、系统管理、模拟市场运作基础上，实现项目管理标准化、资源解决本土化、系统控制平台化、技术支持呼叫化、标准贯彻培训化、规范管理制度化和管理手段网络化。标准化是实现项目管理异地复制的基础；资源本土化解决资源紧缺问题；建立项目管理呼叫中心，解决项目技术及管理上难题，将项目部技术管理职能上移，做到“决战千里之外”；建立项目管理六大系统控制平台，实现公司总部对项目的进度、质量、安全、成本、合同及信息的控制，协助项目部完成部分管理职能；借助培训来使企业施工标准化和异地复制得以实现；建立完整的制度体系来补充标准并保证标准执行，同时协调好各方关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the thermal power construction market booming, a lot of electric power construction projects have been come forth. The question of multiple projects managing is being set forth by electric construction company.For the multiple projects managing of thermal power construction, we select and use a management mode of “Remote Copy”. Through this fixed mode, the management & control of projects becomes unite. As such, we manage to design & build this set of multi-project management mode as the following: The aim is “remote copy” of project management; The base is on “multi-tier separation, system management, imitative market operation”;The purpose is to realize the standardization of project management, the utilization of the mainland resource, the founded platform of system control ,the remote calling for technical support; the routine training for executed standard, the systemization of standard regulation and the network of management methods.更多还原
