【摘要】 Web OCR 系统的开发在国际上尚无先例，本文在介绍了与 Web OCR 系统开发的相关技术之后，对 Microsoft Commerce Server 2002，Microsoft BizTalk Server和 IBM WebSphere 三个电子商务应用平台及 WorldPay，PayPal 和 Versign 三家电子商务支付平台进行了分析，并结合 Web OCR 系统对它们进行了对比与选型，经过一年多的努力，对 Web OCR 系统进行了需求分析，总结出系统所应具有的功能，提出了系统的设计方案，并在 Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 的基础上实现了简单的可使用原型。Web OCR 系统能够在网上方便、快捷地解决大量纸介质文件转换成计算机文字的问题，能为商家创造一定的经济效益，也为我国网上服务业与国际市场接轨创造了新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of Web OCR system is without precedent in the internationalworld. The paper introduces the related technology with the development of WebOCR system. According to Web OCR system, I have made some analyses, contrastand selections on three ecommerce application platforms of Microsoft CommerceServer 2002, Microsoft BizTalk Server and IBM WebSphere and on three ecommercepayment platforms of WorldPay，PayPal and Versign. After more than one year’s hardwork, I have made the requirements analyses of Web OCR system and asummarization of its functions. At last I provided the design solution of Web OCRsystem and implemented a simple usable prototype. The Web OCR system canconveniently and quickly solve the problem that a plenty of papery documentstransform into the characters which computers can recognize.
