在役高桩码头耐久性评估方法研究

【摘要】 高桩码头钢筋混凝土构件工作于海洋环境,受水气、盐分影响严重,易损坏,使用寿命短。在役高桩码头的可靠性评估和使用寿命预测是旧码头改扩建和码头维护管理需要解决的重要课题。近年来,结构可靠性是一热门研究领域。可靠性分析可以科学的、量化的对结构系统的安全度进行全面的评价;可以用于优化结构设计,可以用于在役结构的维修加固决策,因此结构可靠性研究在国民经济的建设中发挥着巨大的作用。高桩码头是一种重要的码头结构型式,其耐久性分析可采用钢筋混凝土结构可靠性分析的方法,但由于高桩码头结构的特殊性和工作环境的特殊性(处海洋工作环境)使得在计算其耐久性和继续使用寿命时必然也具有其特殊性。本文在考虑这些特殊性的基础上给出了高桩码头耐久性和寿命分析的较实用的方法。本文的主要工作有:1、较为详细、全面的总结了结构构件和系统可靠性的各种分析方法,并分别作了简要评价。2、采用JC法计算高桩码头的构件可靠度,在构件的可靠度的基础上,利用专家系统加权求得结构的综合可靠性指标。给出了高桩码头可靠度计算中具体的抗力模型,较为全面、详细的总结了荷载作用的统计参数及各参数确定的方法、计算方法等问题。3、以实验数据为基础建立了高桩码头结构抗力随时间变化模型。本模型包括在混凝土碳化和氯离子侵蚀作用下钢筋截面积随时间变化模型;钢筋强度随时间变化模型;混凝土强度随时间变化模型;并给出了模型中各参数的建议值和计算方法。4、建立了在役高桩码头的耐久性和继续使用寿命模型。针对模型建立情况进行了算例分析。

【Abstract】 Affected by seawater, RC structures of open type wharf on piles can not work so long as other RC structures. So researching on evaluation of the durability of existing open type wharf on piles is very important.Recent years the structral reliability has become an area that interested many researchers. The analysis of reliability could make a scientific, quantitative, general evaluation to the safety of the structral system. It has been used in the optimization of the structural design and decision-making of maintance & strengthing for existing structures, so the research of structural reliability can take an important role in the development of the national economy. Open type wharf on piles is in common use in port, and its durability can be solved by the durability theory of RC structure. But the durability model of open type wharf on piles has its particularity because of its structure and working envirment. This paper gives a useful method for the anylysis of the open type wharf on piles’ durability and life.The main content included in the paper is as follows:(1) Many kinds of theories and methods that have been used in analyzing structral reliability are summarized here. Some remark to these theories and mathods has been given.(2) JC method is used to caculated the element reliability of open type wharf on piles. Based on the element reliability result, system reliability is caculate by multiplying the weight parameters which are gotten by AHP method. The resistent model of structure is given. Parameters of loadings are given too.(3) A model of open type wharf on piles’ resistence by time is created. The model is mainly about the change of RC structure’s resistence by time in seashore.(4) A durability model of existing open type wharf on piles is created. An instance is analysed by using this model.
