我国高等职业教育人才培养模式转型研究

【摘要】 本文从教育学、管理学、社会学的角度,运用定性与定量相结合方法、文献法、比较法、调查法、个案分析法等研究方法,研究了国外职业教育人才培养模式的特点、我国高等职业教育人才培养模式存在的主要问题,论证了我国高等职业教育人才培养模式转型的基本取向及实现途径。论文第一部分分析了高等职业教育人才培养模式的内涵,简要回顾我国高等职业教育人才培养工作历程,剖析我国高等职业教育人才培养模式阶段性表现形式;第二部分主要评介国外职业教育几种典型人才培养模式的经验成果,并分析国外高等职业教育人才培养模式的演变趋势;第三部分论述我国高等职业教育面临着学科本位培养模式与能力本位培养模式选择的现状,并从培养目标、专业、教学、师资、产学合作、质量评价等角度剖析我国高等职业教育人才培养模式存在的主要问题;第四部分析我国高等职业教育人才培养模式转型须遵循的四项基本原则,提出建立“以知识为基础、以能力为本位、以素质为目的”的人才培养主导模式,并从培养目标、专业设置、课程改革、教学内容、教学方式、师资队伍、产学合作、质量评价八个方面深入研究论证我国高等职业教育人才培养模式转型的基本取向及实现途径。

【Abstract】 This paper simply analyzes the character of foreign talent cultivation model in advanced vocational education , the primary problem which is existing in our cultivation model of advanced vocational education, and gives out vocational methods and basic trend to deal with the transformation model of vocational talent cultivation by using the methods of quality and quantity, also gives out some other ways in researching ,such as literature ,comparison, investigation and analysis of the case and so on, from the view of education, administration, as well as sociology.In the first part , the paper analyzes the connotation of advanced talent cultivation model, reviews the experience in our work for advanced vocational education and analyzes the different forms in every period; The second part, the article mostly valuates the fruit which the abroad has got in its several typical talent cultivation models, and analyzes the trend of the foreign model; In the third part, the article points out the selective state between the new model whose purpose is to keep the subject advantageous and the old model whose purpose is to foster the student’s ability, all of these are confronting current advanced vocational education. Also in this part, the dissertation analyzes the primary problems existing in the advanced fosterer model from the view of cultivation object, major, teaching, teachers and corporation of production and learning as well as the assessment of quality. The last part in the article analyzes the four principles which must be obeyed in our model transformation, and suggests a model to build up a new talent cultivation model, “take knowledge and personally ability as the foundation, and carry the quality as the aim”. This part deeply researches on the direction and the way that can fulfill the transformation in Chinese advanced vocational education for talent cultivation from eight aspects: purpose of cultivation, professional arrangement, course reform, teaching methods, teaching contents, teachers’ construction, corporation of production and learning and quality assessment as well.
