发动机电喷单元喷油性能检测技术及方法的研究

【摘要】 电磁式喷油器是汽油机电控喷射系统中核心部件之一,其性能的好坏直接影响到发动机的经济性、动力性和排放性。电喷发动机喷油器的喷油量特性是决定电喷系统设计的重要因素。为了进一步研究开发FAI电喷技术,也为了适应FAI喷油器的批量生产,就需要研究开发能够评价和检测FAI喷油器喷油特性的装置和设备。本文在试验的基础上运用数字处理技术分别提出了基于容积法和Bosch长管仪法的发动机电喷单元喷油性能检测方法。一方面,在基于容积法且不同于容积式油耗仪的发动机电喷单元喷油特性检测方法中,考虑到喷油器稳态工作时,单位时间内的喷油次数(相当于发动机转速)不是很少,可以将喷出的燃油量聚集在一起形成一稳定流动的定常流,运用单片微型计算机技术通过测量该稳态流量和喷油频率而计算出测量周期内的平均循环喷油量。在开发的检测仪器中稳态流量的测量可通过测量流过一定容积燃油所需的时间而得到,喷油频率由喷油驱动模块给出,从而实现喷油器平均喷油流量特性的检测。另一方面,本文又针对喷油器脉冲式喷油特点,运用Bosch长管仪法设计测量装置对FAI喷油器动态喷油率进行定性研究,与基于容积法的检测仪的实验数据进行比较分析,验证基于容积法的检测仪准确性和精度,得出喷油器喷油性能的好坏,实现喷油器喷油量的高精度高效率的检测,为喷油器及发动机生产企业提供了重要的质量保证手段。

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic fuel injector, an important component of EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system on the petrolic internal combustion engine, directly determine the fuel economy, motivity and emissions of internal-combustion engine. Its fuel consumption is very important in engine system design. In order to research and develop FAI (Free Armature Injection) technic further , and improve the application of the FAI Injector, it is very necessary to develop an instrument which can measure fuel performace of FAI injector accurately and quickly. Two fuel performace measuring method, volumeter and Bosch pressure meter based, are introduced in this paper. On the one hand, based on the principle of volumeter, fuel injected by FAI injector is congregated to a steady flow during working period of engine. MCU (Micro Control Uinit) computer technology applied in such meter, the average periodic flowrate can be conducted by the steady flowrate and fuel injection frequency. The steady flowrate can be derived from the result that the injection time is divided by fuel volume, and fuel injection frequency is outputted by fuel injection circuit model. Using the method, the average flowrate can be measured. On the other hand, based on the special process of pulsant injection from FAI injector, a Bosch pressure meter which can be used to qualitatively analyse instantaneous flowrate has been developed. This meter , and the above volumeter, have put good effect in practice.
