基于CAS理论的企业可持续发展研究

【摘要】 企业可持续发展(ESD,Enterprises’ Sustainable Development)不仅是企业家和社会利益相关者不懈追求的目标,也是管理学者近年来不断探索的重大课题。 在本质上,企业自身的复杂适应特性,为系统科学及其相关理论引入企业可持续发展研究提供了一个全新的思路和方法,成为企业管理理论的研究新热点。本文结合复杂适应系统(CAS,Complex Adaptive System)理论和相关管理理论,探讨了企业实现可持续发展的基本条件和一般规律。文章首先阐释了企业可持续发展的概念、内涵和相关理论基础;然后,论述了选择CAS理论的依据,并基于CAS理论进行ESD动力机制分析及模型构建;总结了企业可持续发展的管理原则和方法;最后应用本文的结论对海尔集团进行了实证分析。概括起来,全文主要包括以下几个方面的内容: 在本文前两章,阐释了在国家实施可持续发展战略下ESD提出的背景和必要性,从系统论的角度对企业可持续发展的可能性进行了论证。回顾了对本研究有借鉴价值的主要管理理论、管理思想,并介绍了复杂系统理论的定义,系统地回顾了CAS的概念、理论基础和方法,并概括了CAS理论的7个基本点和主要特点,把适应性分子进化模型及其相关理论引入到了复杂适应系统。在此基础上,分析了复杂适应系统理论引入企业可持续发展研究的适用性及新特征。 第三章,根据复杂适应系统理论的特点,分析了ESD的实现条件和动力机制。构建了企业可持续发展化学催化模型,对影响企业发展的要素进行了定位分析;通过对企业可持续发展的组织特性进行分析,得出了员工广泛参与式管理和弹性式的网络结构可以使组织对外部环境的快速准确响应的结论;通过建立ESD动态支撑机制,分析了四大平台是如何影响企业持续发展的;最后,结合对称破裂原理分析了整合管理模型对ESD研究的重要意义。 第四章,根据前面的理论模型和分析结论,结合实例分析了企业可持续发展的组织原则、战略原则和经营原则,概括了企业可持续发展的经营哲学,最后总结补充了在动态环境中如何使企业实现稳定发展的管理方法。 在前述理论与方法论述的基础上,第五章以海尔集团为例进行了应用分析。首先概括了海尔集团的简要情况、历史沿革和企业文化,进而,分析了海尔集团的复杂适应系统特征,并总结出其发展的优势和不足。最后根据企业可持续发展管理原则和经营哲学,给出了海尔集团未来发展的建议。

【Abstract】 ESD (Enterprises’ sustainable development) is not only the unrelenting goal of entrepreneurs and social intrest-related people, but also the important issue which management scholar has explored constantly hi recent years.Essentially speaking, the complex adaptive property of enterprises themselves provides an overly new sketch and method for the introduction of system science and relative theory into ESD research, which becomes a hot topic of enterprises management theory. Combining some relevant management theory with CAS (Complex Adaptive System) theory, this article discusses the basic rule and precondition to the realization of ESD.The concept, meaning and relevant theoretic basis are explained in the thesis firstly, then the theoretic foundation for selecting CAS is discussed. Moreover the model of the dynamic mechanism analysis of ESD based on CAS is constructed, after that, the management principles and methods for ESD are generalized. At last, demonstration analysis on Haier Group applying the conclusions that have been inferred from analysis parts of the thesis is carried out. As a generalization, the following content is included as major arguments.In the first two chapters, the necessity and background of ESD under the implementation of national sustainable development strategy is illuminated, and its possibility is also explained in terms of system theory. The thesis retrospects some primary management theories and ideas of reference value, and definition of complex system is introduced; also the conception, theoretical foundation and method of CAS are reviewed; and description of adaptive agents, the seven basic points and main characteristics of CAS are systematically introduced. After introducing adaptive molecule evolving model and relative theories into CAS, the feasibility and new characteristics for introducing CAS into ESD are analyzed.In chapter 3, both the precondition and dynamic mechanism of ESD are analyzed based on CAS’s properties. ESD based on chemical catalytic model is founded and the factors affecting the enterprises’ sustainable development are specified. Through analyzing organization property of ESD, a conclusion is drawn that employee’s extensive participation and elastic net structure could make the organization respond to external circumstance precisely and quickly. How the main four platforms affect ESD is analyzed by construction of ESD’S dynamic supporting mechanism. Finally, referring to symmetry deficiency theory, the significance of integration management model on ESD study is analyzed.In chapter 4, based on the theoretical model and conclusions, the organization principle, strategy principle and managing principles are obtained with example analysis. Management philosophy of ESD as well as the methods for stable development under the dynamic circumstances is generalizedAccording to the theory and methods mentioned above, in chapter 5 the thesis makes an analysis with Haier Group as an example. Firstly, the brief background, history and culture of Haier Group is introduced, based on that its complex adaptive characteristics are analyzed, and reach out its advantages and disadvantages during development process. At last, pieces of advice for Haier’s further development are proposed according to ESD’s management principles and philosophy.
