LLC-Tray与倒盆顶帽罩单罩液体提升量的研究

【摘要】 本文利用空气—水系统,在600×800的矩形塔上测定立体连续传质塔板(LLC-Tray)的板上清液层高度以及液面梯度的变化规律,并对LLC-Tray和倒盆顶帽罩的单罩液体提升量进行了测量,建立了LLC-Tray单罩液体提升量数学模型。具体如下: 1、LLC-Tray板上清液层高度随液体流量的增加而增加,随堰高的增加而增大,气速对清液层高度的影响很小。 2、LLC-Tray液面梯度的主要影响因素是液体流量和堰高。液面梯度随液体流量的增加而增加,随堰高的增加而增大。 3、LLC-Tray的液体提升量随气速的增大而减小;随清液层高度的增大而增多。倒盆顶帽罩液体提升量随气速的增大而增大;随清液层高度的增大而增多;随底隙的增加而增加。本文还分析了液体提升量对新型垂直筛板塔塔板压降、漏液量、雾沫夹带量以及由漏液量、雾沫夹带量决定的气体操作上、下限的影响。 4、根据能量守恒定律对LLC-Tray单罩液体提升量建立了数学模型,并用本文的实验数据对该模型进行了验证,结果证明,该模型可以比较好的反映影响LLC-Tray单罩液体提升量的因素及变化规律。

【Abstract】 The clear liquid height, gradient of liquid level and liquid lift-up of LLC-Tray and the cap of inverse basin tip were measured in the rectangle experiment column with the side of 600 ×800 and the mathematic model of liquid lift-up of LLC-Tray was established. The detailed results are as follows.1.The clear liquid height of LLC-Tray increases with the increase of liquid flow and the height of weir but hardly varies with the gas speed.2.The mainly influencing factors of gradient of liquid level of LLC-Tray are liquid flow and the height of weir. Gradient of liquid level increases with the increase of liquid flow and the height of weir.3.The liquid lift-up of LLC-Tray decreases with the hole-air-speed and increases with the clear liquid height. The liquid lift-up of the cap of inverse basin tip increases with the hole-air-speed, the clear liquid height and the bottom gap. The effects of liquid lift-up on pressure drop, weeping quantity liquid entrainment and upper-lower limit of air speed are also analyzed.4.On the basis of conversation of energy the mathematic model of liquid lift-up was established which can describe the experimental data.
