浮石及其混凝土的性能与应用研究

【摘要】 水泥混凝土是当代土木建筑工程用量最大的主导材料之一,其性能的改进对于土木建筑工程的技术进步具有重要影响。本文对浮石的系列性能及其混凝土的特点进行了试验研究。试验研究结果表明,张家口地区所开采的浮石经过适当破碎加工、优化分选和颗粒搭配后可配制性能优良的轻骨料混凝土,并可用于制作性能可靠的建筑墙体用轻混凝土空心砌块。 本文首先对浮石的物理、化学性能及其对混凝土的影响进行了系统试验与研究;并进行了减水剂对浮石混凝土的适应性,以及掺加引气剂对浮石混凝土性能的影响的分析研究。通过正交分析的实验方法,研究并确定了浮石混凝土的优化配合比,并对根据该配合比设计而成的浮石混凝土的力学性能和耐久性能进行了分析研究。最后,对浮石混凝土小型空心砌块的力学性能和耐久性能做了较深入的分析研究。 试验研究结果表明,破碎浮石的颗粒形状和孔隙分布变异性较大。其混凝土配制工艺要求必须适当处理好骨料的早期吸水对新拌混凝土性能的影响。利用掺引气剂等方法可以进一步提高浮石混凝土及其制品的保温性能,并能适当改善其耐久性。为获得良好的物理力学性能并提高混凝土的和易性,掺加减水剂对其性能改进具有明显的技术经济效果,其掺量要比普通混凝土稍高。浮石混凝土在密实成型后,其凝结硬化过程中对于湿养护的敏感性较小,这有利于简化施工养护措施和减少早期混凝土缺陷的产生。试验结果表明,利用适当的骨料级配和生产工艺,可使浮石混凝土的各项性能指标能很好地满足目前我国的建筑墙体材料性能要求。

【Abstract】 At present, concrete is one of the most important building materials in the civil construction, and improving its performance is crucial to the advancement of construction technology. This paper expounds the research on pumice and its concrete, and the testing result indicates the pumice after being properly machined can be used to make LWAC and hollow block.Firstly, this paper expounds the research on the physical and chemical performance of pumice and the action of those performance to pumice concrete, and the adaptability of calcium lignosulfonate to pumice concrete, and the influence of air-entrained agent to the performance of pumice concrete. Secondly, this article uses variance analysis and other research means of statistics to study and definitize the best mix proportion ration of pumice concrete, and studies mechanics and durability of the concrete using the best mix proportion. At last, this article studies the performance of mechanics and durability of those pumice concrete hollow blocks.The results indicate that the shape and aperture distributing variability of processed pumice granule. It is very important to choose a proper mix technology to make pumice concrete. Adding air-entrained agent can enhance the heat preservation performance of pumice concrete and improve its durability. Using water-reducing admixture can improve the performance of pumice concrete, but the quantum is bigger than in the ordinary concrete. Pumice concrete after being close-grained and molding is not sensitive to maintaining conditions, and this idiosyncrasy can predigest maintaining measures and reduce lacuna. Test result indicates that ,by means of using proper gravel-gradation and technology , the performance of pumice concrete can well meet the need of our country wall materials.
