河北省沥青路面气候影响分区与路面材料性能研究

【摘要】 本文是在对河北省境内沥青路面路况调查的基础上,结合全省各地气象资料的调查结果与国内外最新研究成果为参照,分析气候因素对各区域沥青路面的影响,确定适合河北省沥青路面性能的气候分区以及沥青与沥青混合料的新指标参考体系。 首先,通过对河北省高等级公路现有结构的调查研究,结合各个地区提供的近十年的气象与路况资料,分析得出美国的SHRP分析方法适宜于河北省沥青路面现状。并由SHRP分析方法求得各地区沥青路面最低和最高温度,以此所得的数据为依据,并依据“八五”重点科技公关项目新标准、美国SHRP沥青PG分级两种方法结合起来后作为参考依据,进行河北省的沥青道路气候分区,以便于得出适合本地的材料类型,为以后的道路施工与维护提供合理依据。 其次,通过对全省各地市的路况、气候等资料进行实地调查,利用收集上来的资料分析河北省的主要道路病害,并结合当地的气候情况,分析病害的主要类型及特征,找出病害的主导因素,并利用一些新的关键性指标(如试验方法、评定指标等)来分析沥青路面的高温抗车辙性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性等沥青结合料和沥青混合料的相关路用性能。 最后,提出了适合河北省各区域的沥青路面的材料类型、材料级配和路面结构形式的合理化建议,因地制宜的解决病害。

【Abstract】 According to the pavement examinations in Hebei Province, and combination with the weather information, this paper describes the pavement performance climate zoning in Hebei Province of China, and a new technical index system of asphalt mixture.Firstly, through investigation of the present structure of high-class highway in Hebei Province, and according to climatic data of back ten years form every area in Hebei Province, we think the way of SHRP of America is fitter for the locality. Through analysis the way of SHRP, the highest temperature and the lowest temperature of asphalt pavement of every area in Hebei Province are received. And according to data of pavement temperature from analysis, the various climatic zonings to every road of the Province are carried out.Secondly, making use of the road condition and date of different districts of Hebei Province, the main diseases of road are analyzed, and combined with the local climate, the factors that cause these diseases are analyzed too. This article discusses the factors, including the quality of asphalt and aggregate, gradation and bituminous quantity, effect on the performance of asphalt mixture.Finally, through some new key technical index, including the high-temperature rut resistance, low-temperature crack resistance, and water stability of asphalt pavement, the material types, material grade and pavement structure have been put forward to be fit for asphalt pavements of every area of Hebei Province.
