基于Modbus总线的油罐数据采集与控制系统

【摘要】 为了解决部队油库油罐测量劳动强度大、实时性差的现状,提高油库自动化信息化管理水平,总后勤部油料研究所立项研究“基于Modbus总线的油罐数据采集与控制系统”。本人参与了该项目的研究工作,主要负责Modbus总线变送器的软硬件设计和监测站人机界面软件的设计。 “基于Modbus总线的油罐数据采集与控制系统”主要由变送器、Modbus现场总线和监测站组成。变送器是系统的核心设备,其作用是为油罐温度、压力、液位、可燃气浓度等传感器供电,采集传感器信号并进行线性化、温度补偿等处理,完成密度、体积和质量等参数计算,将数据输出到Modbus现场总线测控网络,根据需要现场显示计测量参数。变送器具有多种信号的处理能力,并采用当今工业测控领域流行的Modbus现场总线技术,是一种多参数、智能化、网络化的现场仪表。Modbus现场总线将现场变送器和监测站连结成一个测控网络,实现储油罐区的自动化监测计量与管理。监测站安装人机界面软件,负责监视所有油罐的实时数据,并将数据送往上层信息管理网络。 本文首先介绍了现场总线技术在工业测控系统中的应用和Modbus现场总线技术的特点,简述了油罐计量原理和方法。随后重点介绍了基于Modbus总线变送器的结构与工作原理,硬件电路和软件的设计,调试中遇到的问题和解决的方法。然后介绍了上位机(监测站)软件的编制。最后对在课题研制过程中的经验和体会进行了总结,并提出了对本课题进一步的设想。

【Abstract】 In oil stock of army the measurement burden is heavy and the method is under-developed at present time. To resolve this problem and carry out the automatic management, the POL Research Institute of General Logistics Department developed the automatic oil tank data acquisition and control system based on Modbus fieldbus and put it to use. The author takes part in the research group and is responsible for the part of the hardware and software design of the data processing unit and software of PC.The automatic oil tank data acquisition and control system based on MODBUS fieldbus consists of fieldbus devices of oil tank, Modbus network and computers. It can be used in the oil stock of army and petroleum and chemical plant. Modbus transducer is the key device in the system and is used to offer power supply of pressure and temperature sensor, to collect signal, to linearizate and compensate temperature ,to calculate density , volume and mass , to transmit data to Modbus network , and display the data.So the Modbus transducer is a multi-parament measurement, intelligent control device which can manage multi-signal. Modbus fieldbus can monitor and manage automaticly the oil tank area by connecting the sensor and pc.The pc of installing HMI software take charge to monitor the data and to communicate the data to information network.At the beginning of this thesis the fieldbus technology application of the measurement and control system and MODBUS and any information of oil tank measurement and control system at present and future are presented. The gauging system’s structure, function and characteristic following the principle and method of tank gauging are described. Then the Modbus sensor structure is described, introduces detailedly the hardtware design and the software design the data processing unit and software of PC by VB, bring forward the methors of analog ouput controlling, the author summarized some method of resolving the problems which were noticed at the process of debugging Finally, the author analysised simply the errors of measurment.
