农业温室分布式测控系统的研究

【摘要】 温室是设施农业的重要组成部分,国内外温室种植业的实践经验表明,提高温室的自动控制和管理水平可充分发挥温室农业的高效性,本文主要对当今农业温室的研究热点-智能温室系统进行研究,设计了一套能实时控制温室内温度、湿度、光照以及CO2浓度等多参数的测控系统。通过该系统的自动调节作用,使温室中环境参数处于事先确定的最佳值,为农作物提供良好的生长环境。 本文的主要设计思想是构建温室计算机分布式自动控制系统,由一台PC机与多个微电脑控制装置组成主从式分布结构,采用总线式CAN通信网络和CRC校验的通信算法进行数据传输,通过读取实时和历史存储的环境参数值和报警信息来监测温室的运行情况。 本文内容介绍了以PC机为上位计算机,MCS-51单片机为核心的智能仪表为下位机的智能温室分布式测控系统的工作原理及主要功能。详细阐述了该系统的软、硬件实现方法。系统主要由环境参数实时控制模块、智能决策模块、数据处理模块、数据库管理模块和系统参数设定模块等几部分组成。其中,实时控制和智能决策功能主要由现场智能仪表来实现,数据处理和数据库管理由上位PC机完成,系统参数既可在上位机上也可以在下位智能仪表面板上设定。 本文最后对系统易于操作、便于扩充、界面友好等特点进行了总结,同时指出了系统需要进一步改进完善的地方。

【Abstract】 Greenhouse is the important part of installation agriculture. Crop production in domestic and overseas greenhouses shows that advanced automation and management system for greenhouse will improve the efficiency of agriculture production.In this paper, intelligent greenhouse, as the focus of agricultural greenhouse field, is studied, and a measure and control system which can control parameters of temperature, humidity, illumination and CO2 density of greenhouse is designed. In order to provide benign vegetal environment, environmental parameters of greenhouse can be adjusted,and they always certain predesigned value, respectively using this system.The main idea in this paper is to design greenhouse computer distributed auto-control system. The system is a kind of principal and subordinate structure made up of one PC and several microcontrollers, principal CAN bus communication network and CRC validated algorithms to ensure data transmitted correctly. The local operation in greenhouse can be obtained by monitoring environment parameters and warning information can be read into PC.The working principle and main functions of the intelligent greenhouses with distributed control system in the paper are introduced, this system uses PC as a host computer and intelligent instruments with MCS-51 single-chip microcomputers as secondary computer systems. The design methods of system hardware and software are fully described. The system is mainly composed of environment factors’s inspecting module, intelligent decision-making module, data processing module, database manage module, parameters-editing module and so on.. In these modules, the functions of real-time control and intelligent decision-making is mostly realized by intelligent instrument, data processing and database manage is completed by PC host computer, and system parameters can be edited by both host computer and intelligent instrument via panel.In the end, the characteristics are sumrized, such as easy to operate, convenient to expand and update, friendy to software interface , what’s more, some respects to be improved and perfected are pointed out.
