变工况蒸汽喷射式热泵蒸发喷射器的实验研究

【摘要】 蒸汽喷射式热泵蒸发为蒸发行业简单易行的节能措施,但工况的变化会影响喷射器的效率,降低蒸发能力,甚至影响蒸发操作的正常进行。本文针对变工况热泵蒸发提出了两级串联补偿喷射的变工况调节方法,为解决热泵蒸发变工况调节的难题提供了一条途径。 本实验建立了一套降膜真空蒸发装置,以水为介质,对变工况下单级和串联喷射热泵蒸发进行了实验,结果表明两级串联补偿喷射装置能对由引射蒸汽和工组蒸汽压力降低所造成的混合蒸汽压力降低进行调节,达到了变工况下正常生产的目的。通过对实验数据的分析提出了喷射器的最优工作状态图,为热泵蒸发中喷射器的设计及使用提供了参考依据。同时本文对喷射器严格串联的喷射系数、极限状态等特性进行了理论分析,得出了严格多级串联喷射系数的计算公式。
【Abstract】 The heat pump evaporation had become a feasible measure of energy conservation. However, the variational work situation influenced both the ejector’s efficiency and the evaporation capability, even the normal production. Aiming at the variational work situation in heat evaporating, two-ejector in series adjustment was present, which provided a new way to adjust the variational situation. The experiment took water as the medium and experiments on two jet modes were carried out under the falling film vacuum evaporating. The experimental results indicated that the two ejectors in series compensation method could adjust the variational work situation due to the decrease of primary steam or secondary steam and insure the normal production. At the same time, the ejector’s best work situation founded in the experiment would provide reference for ejector’s design and usage. In this paper, the jet coefficient and utmost state of the strict series were analyzed and the equation of the multi-grade strict series equation was obtained.
