喷雾—喷动床半干法烟气脱硫实验研究

【摘要】 本文结合喷动床流态化技术和喷雾干燥法提出了一种新型喷雾—喷动床半干法烟气脱硫系统。对喷动床的喷动特性进行了研究,提出了适用于此实验系统的最小喷动速度关联式、最大喷动压降关联式以及喷动高度关联式。考察了Ca/S摩尔比、喷淋密度和喷淋位置、入口SO2浓度、进气温度、绝热饱和温差、表观气速、静床层高度、喷动粒子直径、添加剂(NaOH、CaCl2、NaCl)等对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,脱硫率随着Ca/S摩尔比、喷淋密度、入口SO2浓度、静床层高度的增大而增大;而随进气温度、绝热饱和温差、表观气速、喷动粒子直径的增大而减小。钙硫比等于1,绝热饱和温差为7℃时,脱硫效率可高达92%以上。三种添加剂都能明显提高脱硫率,以NaOH和CaCl2的效果最佳,NaCl稍次之。最后对脱硫过程和添加剂增进脱硫效果的机理进行了分析,提出了脱硫率数学关联式,计算值和实验值吻合较好。

【Abstract】 A new semi-dry desulfurization technique using spray spouted bed was proposed which connected with fluidization of spouted bed and spray-drying technique.In this paper,the characteristics of spouting was studied.The formulas of minimal spouted velocity, maximal spouted pressure decrease of the bed and the spouting height were put forward. Some effects on SO2 removal were tested, such as Ca/S molar ratio, spray density and spray location, inlet concentration of SO2, static bed height , gas inlet temperature , approach to saturation temperature, spouted velocity, diameter of spouted particles and three additives (CaCl2, NaOH, NaCl). SO2 removal efficiency was enhanced by increasing Ca/S molar ratio, inlet concentration of SO2, static bed height and decreasing gas inlet temperature, approach to saturation temperature , spouted velocity and diameter of spouted particles. It was demonstrated that SO2 removal of 92% can achieved at Ca/S = 1 when approach to saturation temperature was 7℃ and three kinds of additives could impove the removal efficiency,and the effects of NaOH and CaCl2 are better than that of NaCl.In the end,the desulfurization process and mechanism of additives improving the SO2 removal efficiency were analyzed. The mathematic correlative formula was proposed and experimental result was agreed with calculational result.
