【摘要】 21世纪信息技术的应用领域不再局限于工业生产，而是向人类生活的各个领域渗透。家庭应用作为社会最小的基本单位必然成为信息技术服务和应用的一个重要层面。经过20多年的发展随着网络技术的飞速进步，智能家居系统正在从家庭内部的控制网络向统一的互联网络控制系统发展。它的推广和应用必将推动我国建筑行业向更高的层次发展，提高我国人民的生活水平和社会生产能力。但是智能家居完整系统的建设涉及到当前许多新的技术，在这些技术的基础上整合成一个完善、稳定的智能家居系统具有一定的难度。 本文首先分析了智能家居管理系统的架构及其技术，指出了目前市场上智能家居系统的不足。然后提出了基于网络的智能家居的系统结构，并且对整个系统的设计和开发要求进行了规范。进而提出了利用B/S模式来实现一个完整的智能家居系统的完成的总体结构方案并指明了系统的核心技术。 为了解决实时视频信息网络传输的问题，系统对于目前网络上应用广泛的流媒体传输协议进行了分析和比较。从中找出最适应智能家居系统网络环境的视频协议，并对其传输进行了改进，进而采用程序实现了视频的采集、压缩和播放。 基于网络的智能家居系统利用JAVA，VC等开发语言，实现了从浏览器控制到服务器的标准信息传送以及家电的控制。并且将系统产生的信息记录在数据库当中，方便用户察看和使用。从而能够使整个系统既能做到让用户远程动态监控家庭内部的电器设备又能察看以前的历史状态信息。 基于网络智能家居系统不但为用户提供基本的互联网控制家庭内部电器的信息服务功能，而且创新的提供了远程多媒体服务功能。本系统很好的解决了用户信息察看的可视性和直观性问题，而且对于远程医疗，网络电话，小区视频直播等互联网的新兴业务具有一定的应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The IT will not only used in industry production but also used in anywhere of human being’s life in the 21ths century .As the basis of society, family needing is one of important application of Information Technology. With the internet’s spread and 20 years development , the Intelligence Home have the new technology current which connect and communicate by network. The Intelligence Home are evolving from home networking to world networking. It’s extend and application must accelerate architecture to a new level. It’s extend and application must increase native’s standard of living and native’s throughput. Realization this system needing a lot of current new technique. By these technique we have to conquer some difficulty to get a perfect and steady Intelligence Home.In this paper, we construe the Intelligence Home system’s frame and needing technology at first. It point out the Intelligence Home system’s disadvantage and give a new frame of Internet-based Intelligence Home system. The paper suggest a development criterion to complete this system too. After finish the structure of system from Hardware to Software , the paper designate the core technology of structure of Internet-based Intelligence Home system.For transmit video information , this article compare main network protocol which used in Multimedia transmission, then choice a protocol which characteristic adapt to Internet-based Intelligence Home system. At last, system implements catching , transmission and playing video information.The Internet-based Intelligence Home system used Java and vc++ instrument.- System complete transmit information from Browser to users home. These communication can be register to database too. By this scheme ,system complete offer home electric info and history info to user.The Internet-based Intelligence Home system not only provide users to control electric which have connected to internet but also complete multimedia service function.
