基于知识的三维数字化建模技术的研究与应用

【摘要】 21世纪是知识经济时代,新经济的到来要求企业不仅能快速响应市场,并且能够快速生产出高知识含量的产品,使企业在激烈竞争的市场中赢得生存,而知识是能够保持企业可持续发展和竞争优势的重要资源。基于知识的工程(KBE)正是面向现代设计要求而产生、发展的新型智能设计方法和设计决策自动化的工具之一,已成为促进工程设计智能化的重要途径。 为推动制造业信息化发展,863计划现代集成制造系统技术主题设立了数字化设计与制造系统专题。在数字化设计与制造的过程中,首先要实现产品与工程的数字建模,而三维CAD作为产品信息的数据源头成为整个数字化设计制造系统的核心,因此基于知识的三维数字化建模技术,具有广泛的工程实际意义。 本文着重研究了以下内容: 1.基于特征三维数字化建模技术的研究:应用参数化理论和基于特征的思想,以常用零件为对象进行分析,提出了Pro/E环境下的造型方法、步骤和诀窍。实现了齿轮等的精确造型、数字化建模和二维工程图的转换,并为CAD/CAPP/CAM的集成奠定了基础。 2.研究了KBE理论,通过获取设计人员的设计知识实现了与三维数字化建模技术的集成。完成了设计知识库的创建,实现了齿轮等纺机常用件的自动建模以及对知识的继承和重用。 3.对Pro/E二次开发的关键技术进行深入研究,利用它的二次开发软件包Pro/Toolkit、VC++面向对象语言以及SQL Server大型数据库实现了DLL动态链接库与Pro/E的无缝集成,使系统具有运行速度快、用户界面友好等特点。 4.应用上述理论和技术,完成了三维图库,开发了FJCAD实用系统。该系统自2003年7月在天津宏大纺织机械有限公司投入使用以来,运行正常,取得良好效果,并得到天津市科委的高度评价。

【Abstract】 The 21st century is an age of knowledge economy. Facing the corning of new economy the corporation should respond to the market rapidly and be able to quickly produce the products involving rich knowledge, so it can gain survival in the market environment with so intense competition, while the knowledge is the important resource that can keep enterprise sustainable development and competency advantage. Knowledge-based Engineering is a new agent designing method and automatic tool developed under the requirement of modern design, and it has become the important approach of promoting engineering design intelligentize.For driving the manufacturing informationlization, 863 plan the MIS technique topic has set up the subject of digital designing and manufacturing system. In the course of digital designing and manufacturing, first is to realize the digital modeling of product and engineering, while 3D is the core of whole MIS for it becoming the product information’s data headstream, thus the research on 3D digitization modeling technology has the actual engineering significance.The major content of this paper is summed as follow:1. 3D digital modeling technology is investigated which uses the theory of parametrization, analyses the typical parts studies several key technology such as: accurately sculpting method , digital modeling technique etc. and bases for the conversion from 3D to 2D and integrating of CAD/CAPP/CAM.2. The theory of KBE is investigated. Through acquiring designer’s knowledge it is integrated with 3D digitization modeling technique, so automatically modeling and recycling knowledge for the textile machine parts in common use such as gear, etc is realized.3. The key technology of secondary development in Pro/E is investigated, which adopting the idea of object oriented, utilizing its development tool-Pro/Toolkit, VC++ advanced programming language and SQL Server database realized the integrating of DLL with Pro/E, and developed a friendly user interface.etc.4. Utilizing above technology and theory, the 3D model database and design knowledge database is founded, and the FJCAD applied system is developed. The system has been installed in the TianJin HongDa Textile Mechanism Limited Company, and gained favorable effects since 7th, 2003. It also acquired highly evaluation of TianJin Municipal Science and Technology Commission.
