基于产品管理的服装CAPP系统研究

【摘要】 服装行业的数字化、信息化迫在眉睫,而目前服装计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的研究及其应用相对而言又较为薄弱。其中主要原因是由于工艺过程的设计需要依赖许多经验知识与专业知识,而这些知识又未形成一种系统的、可用于计算机描述的、完备的知识体系。这就为服装计算机辅助工艺设计的研究带来困难。到目前为止,市场上还未出现真正好用的、实用的服装计算机辅助工艺设计系列产品。 本课题从我国服装行业特点及服装厂工艺过程设计现状出发,根据服装工艺设计与生产管理理论,并在前人对服装CAPP研究经验的基础上,进行了基于产品管理的服装CAPP系统的研究。其研究的主要有两个部分。 第一部分是将产品数据管理PDM的思想引入服装CAPP,进行了基于产品管理的服装CAPP系统的分析、设计,有以下几个方面。 (1)服装生产工艺理论基础,包括服装生产工艺单的编制、服装流水线设计及服装工艺信息文件管理等。 (2)基于产品管理的交互式CAPP方法论。 (3)基于产品管理的服装CAPP系统总体目标,特点及体系结构。 (4)服装CAPP系统各模块的功能设计,包括服装产品信息建模与管理、服装生产图设计、服装工艺表单设计、和服装工艺流程设计等子系统。 第二部分是计算机辅助服装缝纫流水线工序优化设计的方法,是服装CAPP系统的重要组成部分。它是由工序流程图简化后,再生成网络图,进而确定优先权域,最后利用各工序间的相容关系和优先关系,以及组合节拍范围进行平衡优化。最后以女式长袖衬衫为例,分析该方法的具体应用。 本文研究的服装CAPP系统的总体目标是以整个产品为应用对象,以工艺数据库为核心,以面向对象的方法进行数据定义,采用交互式设计思想,并辅以各种应用支持工具,开发设计一种能广泛应用于不同层次和类型的服装企业的集工艺设计与工艺管理于一体的服装CAPP框架化系统。系统采用面向对象的服装层次式框架描述方法对服装产品信息进行描述,然后利用基于产品实例的信息建模思想进行产品建模,使工艺设计时的产品建模过程变成对已有的实例模型进行信息继承和修改的过程。 总之整个系统的设计追求的是一种集成化的原则,即工艺设计与信息管理的集成,交互式与智能化的集成。

【Abstract】 It is imperative for apparel industry to realize digitization and informalization. But the development in apparel CAPP system is relatively slower than that in apparel CAD or CAM, the cause of which is that the design of craft process must depend on.a great deal of experience and professional knowledge. While these experience and knowledge have not been formed a sort of systematic and integrated system that can be described by computer. So it brings many difficulties for the development of apparel CAPP. Up to now, there have no genuine and practical products of apparel CAPP.From the characteristics of apparel industry and the status of process planning in apparel manufactories in our country today, according to the theories of craft process planning and product-management about clothing, and based on the experiences of the formers’ research on apparel CAPP, the writer carry on the study of apparel CAPP orienting product-management. It includes two main parts.The first part of the paper takes an analysis and design on apparel CAPP orienting product-management, including the following aspects.(1) Studying the theories of clothing manufacture and craft process including the edit of craft form, the designing of assembly line and the management of informational files about process.(2) the methodology of apparel CAPP orienting product-management.(3) the general goal, the characteristics and the frame of apparel CAPP system orienting product- management.(4) the functional designing of each subsystems of apparel CAPP. There are apparel product information modeling and management subsystem, apparel process files designing subsystem and the flow chat designing subsystem.In the second part, the optimized method of apparel sewing assembly line is put forward. After predigesting working procedureflow chart, designer creates the vector graph and marks off priority area.. At last, organizing into groups and optimizing is finished by the priority connection, the compatible relationship among these working procedures and assembled range. An example is studied in the end to analyze the application of this method.The article aimed to design a system that can be applied in different kinds of apparel enterprises. The system takes the crafts databases as the core, defines the crafts data on the method oriented object, applies the idea of interactive design and aided with many assistant-applying tools. Furthermore, the system describes the product information with a descriptive method oriented object, then construct the modeling of the products based on a lots of examples in order to transfer the modeling process when the products are designed into a process in which the new model can be acquired by inheriting and modifying the information in the old ones.In a word, the system is designed by the principle of pursuing integration. That is to say, it will integrate the process planning with information management and integrate interactive design with intelligent design.
