CFS加固弯剪扭复合受力的钢筋混凝土箱梁抗扭性能的试验研究

【摘要】 本文按照《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)和《碳纤维片材加固混凝土结构技术规程》(CECS146:2003)等相关规定,设计了五根单室箱梁模型,对其中四根采用了不同方式的 CFS 加固,并利用液压伺服加载器对模型箱梁进行了弯剪扭复合受力的工作性能试验研究。深入的对比分析了加固后箱梁的承载力的提高、抗扭刚度和抗弯刚度的变化,从而得出 CFS 的加固效果。同时,也深入研究了加固后纵筋和箍筋的应力变化以及不同截面的 CFS 的应变曲线,从而找出CFS 加固提高箱梁抗扭承载力的工作机理。本文还利用空间桁架模型理论和规范设计方法对本次试验的构件进行了计算,并与试验值进行了对比,从而找出比较合理的 CFS 复合受力抗扭加固的设计方法。最后得出结论,CFS 能有效的提高复合受力状况下箱梁的抗扭承载力和延性,利用空间桁架模型理论能较为精确的计算出加固后的箱梁的抗扭承载力,而采用规范计算的结果也能反映加固效果,可作为加固设计的方法。

【Abstract】 In this paper, five experimental models of box beams are designed andmanufactured according to the current codes of “Technical specification forstrengthening concrete structrues with carbon fiber reinforced polymer laminate(CECS146:2003)” and “Code for design of concrete structures(GB50010-2002)”, fourof them are strengthened by Carbon Fibre Sheet ,and the experimental research usinghydraulic servo actuator is performed to research the behavior of these memberssubjected to the combined action of bending-shear-torsion. To draw the reinforcementresult of CFS, this paper makes a comparison of the torsion strength, the torsionalstiffness and the flexural rigidity. And to research the working mechanism of the boxbeams under the combined action of bending-shear-torsion, the stress changes oflongitudinal bar and hoop and the strain curves of CFS on different sections are alsoinvestigated. By employing the spatial truss model and the code for design, the resultsof calculate are compared with the testing value, and then find out a good designmethod of strengthening the box beam subjected to the combined action ofbending-shear-torsion with CFS. Finally, some conclusions are given that the torsionstrength and the ductility of the box beam can be improved effectively bystrengthening with CFS, and the torsion strength of the CFS strengthening concretebox beam can be calculated accurately when using the spatial truss model, and theresults can reflect result of strengthening when calculating by the code, so this methodcan be applied to the design of the CFS strengthening concrete box beam.
