高效空气滤纸过滤性能测试方法的研究

【摘要】 随着现代科技的发展,对空气环境中悬浮微粒的控制,无论在粒子数量还是大小方面都提出了更高的要求。这就对空气净化行业提出了更高的要求,必须开发研制具有高性能的空气过滤材料和装置。滤纸测试手段的发展是制造更好过过滤材料的保证。由于我国目前现行的高效滤纸测试国家标准已经有十几年没有修订,已不能适应高效滤纸行业的发展。所以,根据国际上日趋通行的欧洲标准 EN1822,我们搭建了最易透过粒径法高效滤纸测试台,用最易透过粒径效率来标示高效滤纸的效率。我们根据欧洲标准 EN1822-3 标准选择各种测试设备,搭建测试台。这主要包括测试系统的设计,发尘设备的选择,颗粒计数系统的优化及采样稀释系统的研制。通过对自行研制的实验台实验数据的分析和实验误差的计算,证明最易透过粒径测试台的稳定性和测试数据的可重复性。通过实验,验证风速与效率的关系和风速对最易透过粒径的影响,说明风速在滤纸测试中的重要作用。另外,选择高效滤纸在具有代表性的测试台进行了对比测试,包括钠焰台、油雾仪、TSI8130、ATI Q127 等等。分析测试结果,说明高效滤纸测试的现状,证明了最易透过粒径测试方法的性能先进性。总之,通过搭建最易透过粒径测试台,对比不同的滤纸测试方法,得出为适应滤纸行业的发展,在我国高效滤纸测试标准中引进最易透过粒径法是必要的。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern science and technology, people have highercontrol in quantity and size of particles in air than before. So we have to producehigh efficiency air filter media to meet these requirements. However the premise ofmaking high efficiency filter media is the testing method of the efficiency for filtermedia. The present China standard has not been amended for many years and isn’tadapted to the development of filter media. Therefore according to EuropeanStandard-EN1822, which is popular in world, we build the test system, and mark theefficiency of filter media with most penetrating particle size. According to EN1822, we chose suitable testing equipments and build the testsystem. The building procedure of test system mainly consists of the design oftesting system, the selection of aerosol production system, counting systemoptimization and the establishment of sample air dilute system. Through the analysis of testing results and the calculation of testing error, weprove the stability and repeatability of most penetrating particle size test system. Weverify the relation between airflow velocity and media filtration efficiency and theinfluence of airflow velocity to most penetrating particle size. We also illuminatethe importance of airflow velocity in the test of filter media. In addition we did round-robin test for different kinds of HEPA filter media inrepresentative testing system to demonstrate possible variations, which includesodium flame test system, oil dust testing system, TSI8130 and ATI Q127 and so on.We analysis the test results, expound the current status of filter media testing andprove that the most penetrating particle size test system is advanced. Finally, after building our MPPS test system and comparing different testmethods, we can conclude it is necessary to introduce most penetrating particle sizetesting method into China HEPA filter media testing standard to meet thedevelopment of filter media.
