面向JIT生产过程的CAPP系统

【摘要】 由日本丰田公司开创的 Just In Time(JIT)生产方式早在上世纪七十年代末就被引入我国,由于受到当时计划经济体制的制约而没有大量应用。随着近几年来我国经济体制改革的深化,国内制造业的快速发展,世界制造中心逐步向我国转移,在众多成功运用了 JIT 的外资厂商的带动下,越来越多的国内企业已经开始引入并推行 JIT 生产方式。 与传统的自上而下的计划生产方式截然不同的是,JIT 把生产的最终环节作为出发点来计划并组织生产。于是在 JIT 生产方式下,基于推动式生产方式的计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)逐渐难以适应企业的生产要求,功能发挥的限制日益显现。尤其是 CIMS 中的 CAPP 系统长期以来只是实现了利用计算机进行工艺编制、查询和管理的功能,缺乏对生产过程实际情况的考虑,造成工艺与生产实际的脱节。解决 JIT 生产方式下 CAPP 为生产过程服务的问题成为传统 CIMS 面向 JIT 生产方式进行转变的重要问题。 本文基于对 JIT 生产方式主要特点的分析,从 JIT 生产方式的关键——时间问题出发,在深入研究标准时间的构成和计算方法的基础上,建立了服务于 JIT 的标准时间计算模型,设计和开发了相应软件。同时在传统CAPP 的基础上针对 JIT 的特点进行了系统的改造和完善,建立了以工时定额计算为基础的面向 JIT 生产过程的 CAPP 系统,并介绍了其软件体系和特色功能:主要包括工时定额编制、多工艺路线编制、工艺匹配、工艺评价、典型工艺路线支持,详细描述了各个功能的原理及其实现方法。

【Abstract】 Just In Time (JIT) production from TOYOTA in Japan was introduced toChina in the end of 1970s, but it was limited by Plan-Economic system then.Due to the open-policy, reformation of economic system, rapid development ofmanufacture, and the immigration of the world manufacture center, more andmore Chinese enterprises have implemented JIT stimulated by foreignenterprises fully adopted JIT. Distinguished from traditional production style, JIT regards the end pointof production as the start point of production planning and organization. So inJIT environment, traditional Computer Integrated Manufacturing System(CIMS) is no longer suitable for the production, and its function is greatlylimited. Especially Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP) system in CIMSis only used to plan, query and manage processes in a long period, and can notsatisfy the production demands. So making CAPP serve the production processin JIT environment become the important problem of CIMS transforming toJIT production. In this paper, our research is based on analysis of JIT’s characters, andbegins from the key problem of JIT -- standard-time. We deeply study thecomponents and calculation methods of standard-time, build the standard-timecalculation module, and design the corresponding software. We also emendand perfect the CAPP systems according to JIT’s requirement, and build aCAPP system based on standard-time calculation module. The systemconstruction and its main feature including standard-time calculation,multi-process planning, process matching and typical process planning, andthe functions and the realization method are showed in details.
