小湾工程大坝混凝土浇筑施工计算机仿真系统研究

【摘要】 高混凝土坝施工系统是一个复杂的系统,施工过程中存在一些不确定因素的影响,致使机械效率不能正常发挥以致影响施工进度。为了使施工项目按期、高质量的完成,需要制定合理的机械布置方案,监测实际施工进程,评估实际施工效果,分析影响施工进程的因素,调整后阶段的施工计划,对施工过程机械实施有效的管理和控制。本文主要研究以下几方面的问题。首先用系统仿真的基本原理对混凝土坝施工系统进行分析。用系统的观点,从系统的角度来看,混凝土坝施工是一个系统。首先通过对混凝土坝施工系统存在问题状况的分析,确定该系统的目标,然后确定系统的构成部件及其功能、部件间的关系,系统的影响因素,最后提出混凝土坝施工系统计算机模拟的辅助决策模型。然后利用面向对象方法(OOM)建立了小湾混凝土坝施工系统的计算机模拟模型。由于面向对象的方法更符合人类认识客观世界的方式,OOM中的对象、类及类继承、封装等概念与现实世界贴近,这为模拟模型的构造提供了方便。在系统分析的基础上,通过分析传统结构化方法的不足,重新研究了小湾混凝土坝施工系统的构模。分析了小湾工程缆机联合浇筑规则和缆机干扰控制的重合度规则,对充裕度的概念和规则进行了定义,并分析了充裕度与重合度之间的关系。对小湾混凝土浇筑计算机仿真系统进行设计,提出了设计原则、结构、所需模型和数据。建立了小湾混凝土浇筑计算机仿真系统。结合小湾工程实例对大坝施工进行模拟计算,并对计算结果进行了详尽的分析。

【Abstract】 In the concrete-dam construction process, there are many uncertainties influencingthe construction process, which results in the low efficiency of construction machines.Therefore the concrete-dam construction is a complicated system. In order tocomplete the construction project on schedule, it is necessary to make the rightscheme of machines deployment, evaluate the effect of actual construction, analyzethe factors influencing construction process, forecast the construction developmenttrend, and adjust the construction plan of later works, manage and control theconstruction process effectively. This paper studied the questions as follows. Firstly, in order to model the concrete-dam construction process, theconcrete-dam construction system has been analyzed using simulation theory. Basedon the system theory, the concrete-dam construction is a big system. Analyzing ofactual condition of concrete-dam construction system, the systems objectives weredetermined, the system’s structure and function of each structure was defined, therelation between structures was revealed, and then a simulation model ofconcrete-dam construction system was presented. We applied the object-oriented method (OOM) to established the simulationmodel of Xiao Wan construction system. The object-oriented method (OOM) is inaccord with the manner in which mankind understand the world. The conceptions ofOOM such as object, class, inherit and enclose are close to the reality and which makethe modeling process easy. After the system analysis of the construction in Chapter 2,we restudied the modeling of concrete-dam construction system, establishing a modelof concrete-dam construction system simulation based on the object-oriented method,which overcome the shortage of traditional structural method. We analyzed the formula of the crane machine’s workflow and the superpositiondegree using in conflicts control when many cranes machine working together.Abundant Intensity is defined and some characters of the conception is revealed. Thensome discussions are made in the relation between the superposition degree andabundant intensify. Xiao Wan Dam Construction simulation system’s design principle, designmethod, system structure, modeling approach and data organization are also specifiedto some extent. Xiao Wan Dam Construction simulation system application is developed. Weused the Xiao Wan project as an example to test the application. The simulation of the<WP=5>construction process is done and the simulation result has been analyzed in detail inthis paper.
