居住建筑能耗动态模拟研究与能耗计算软件的开发

【摘要】 摘 要随着世界性建筑节能运动的开展,建筑材料的合理选择,空调设备的优化控制,这些都需要对建筑物能耗,尤其是全年运行的动态能耗进行精确计算。计算机的发展和应用创造了建筑动态能耗精确计算的可能性。然而现有的一些软件往往存在这样那样的问题,如用户界面操作不便等,无法广泛应用于工程实践当中。通过对国内外能耗模拟软件的发展现状进行调查,对出现的问题进行分析,我们对能耗模拟软件的开发思路提出了新的设想(详见正文)。EnergyPlus 是美国开发的新一代基于动态模拟方法的大型建筑能耗计算软件,是两款著名的商业软件 DOE-2 和 BLAST 的全新替代产物,但由于此软件处于试用阶段,设计人员将主要精力放在运算源代码的编写上,并没有一个友好的用户界面。对于我国北方地区数目居多的民用居住建筑来说,其建筑能耗大部分来自于冬季采暖负荷。传统的静态方法往往只考虑最不利工况进行设计,缺少全年运行能耗的分析,这导致了设备选型不合理、运行调节不科学等问题。针对上述问题,本文结合能耗分析软件 EnergyPlus,运用动态模拟方法进行了以下基于建筑节能的分析研究:一、在充分了解能耗分析软件 EnergyPlus 的功能、计算原理的基础上选取天津市某节能居住建筑为研究对象,对其冬季建筑采暖负荷进行了动态模拟。同时,进行了一段时间的现场实际测量,并将实测数据与模拟结果进行了对比,分析了出现误差的主要原因,验证了软件模拟结果的可靠性。二、在典型气象年逐时气象资料基础上,模拟了该居住建筑整个采暖季采暖负荷的动态变化规律,并与我国暖通界常用算法-有效传热系数法的计算结果进行对比分析。三、通过动态全年能耗分析,研究了不同外墙保温形式、外窗形式、门窗气密性、室内温度控制等因素对于建筑能耗的影响。四、针对该软件因用户界面开发工作不完善所带来的操作上的困难,使用 Visual Basic 6.0 面向对象程序设计语言,在其原有软件基础上开发出简单实用、功能齐全的用户可视化界面,方便用户的使用。通过上述工作,验证了动态模拟方法(EnergyPlus 软件)用于我国建筑节能分析的可行性,开发的用户界面方便了今后的使用。对我国<WP=4>摘要现有建筑,特别是我国北方地区的建筑结构在节能降耗总体目标工作中提出了有意义的目标。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT With the development of world building energy saving, theappropriate selection of building material & the optimization control ofHVAC system requires accurate dynamic energy consumption calculating.To meet the need, the computer simulation is absolutely necessarily.However many softwares existing now cannot be applied into engineerpractice due to some problems, e.g. operation inconvenience of userinterface. Thus, we proposed here a new energy simulation softwaresdevelopment idea (more detail for the text). EnergyPlus is a new building energy simulation program supported byU.S. government. Based on the most popular features and capabilities ofBLAST and DOE-2, it is primarily a simulation engine without interface. In North China, the residential building energy consumptioncommonly comes from heating load, however, traditional calculatingmethod often just takes account of the worst fact, which resulting inillogically equipment selection and non-scientific system operation. Inthis dissertation, with the simulation program-EnergPlus, the study hasfinished: 1 On a basis of understanding the introduce of the organization andcapabilities of this software, modeling a resident house dynamic heatingload performance during a given period in an energy conservation uptownof TianJin, compared the calculation results with measured data,suggesting reliability of the results. 2 With the hourly weather data of typical meteorological year, usingthe same model, the house dynamic energy performance was simulated inthe heating period. Analyzed the distinctions between EnergyPlus and theEffective heat transfer coefficient method. 3 The influence of house thermal mass, thermostat, infiltration onbuilding energy was studied. 4 With the advantages of the structure and object-orientation of VisualBasic 6.0, a friendly user interface for EnergyPlus was developed. Though above researches, we demonstrate the feasibility of dynamicsimulation method (EnergyPlus Software) for building energy-saving in<WP=6>ABSTRACTChina, point out reasonable index for building energy saving in NorthChina. Also, the developed user interface is convenient for futureapplication.
