气井采出水一体化处理装置的研制及生产性试验研究

【摘要】 随天然气采出而产生的地层水,称为气井采出水。气井采出水水量小,水质复杂、浓度变化大,因其中含有大量起泡剂,常规生物工艺难以处理,对环境和人体会造成诸多危害。 本文针对气井采出水的水质特征,研制开发出一种新型的一体化处理设备,该设备采用混凝-气浮-粗过滤-水解酸化浮动床生物膜反应器-移动床生物膜反应器-曝气生物滤池组合处理工艺。经在大庆油田某气井站现场试验证明,该套设备具有工艺先进、处理效率高、操组管理简单、安装运输方便的特点,特别适用于气井采出站现场废水处理。 利用该套设备对气井采出水进行了 2 个多月的现场处理实验研究。在进水COD 浓度 2300~51050mg/L、BOD 浓度 1290~7379mg/L,整体装置全流程水力停留时间为34.5h的情况下,COD和BOD的平均去除率分别达到96.68%和99.77%。出水 COD 和 BOD 为 49~372mg/L 及 1.6~12.8mg/L。另外,组合工艺对氨氮、硫化物和 SS 平均去除率分别达到 95%、99.6%和 84.97%。实验结果表明工艺对气井采出水中主要污染物质能够非常有效的去除,目前国内还没有同类型设备,处理气井采出水时能达到本研究所得到处理效果。 本文对影响组合工艺运行效果的各种因素进行了试验研究与分析,其中包括温度、进水有机物浓度、进水有机负荷及 pH 值等。经对气井采出水和起泡剂作色谱-质谱联机分析,表明气井采出水中含有大量难降解的有机污染物,但组合工艺出水仍达到石油工业废水排放 2 级标准,表明组合工艺效果显著。 通过对组合工艺的技术经济分析,核算出该套设备单位废水处理成本仅为5.52 元/m3。相比单纯的化学处理、物理处理法以及膜处理技术,该套装置具有经济高效、、处理费用低的特点,它具有非常好的市场应用前景。

【Abstract】 The gas-field wastewater is the stratum water along with the production ofnatural gas. The concentration of gas-field wastewater changes greatly and it containsmany frothy substances which threaten the environment and human health,so it ishard to be disposed by the ordinary process. A kind of innovatory integrated equipment for treating gas-field wastewater hasbeen manufactured according to its water quality. The treatment of gas-fieldwastewater by the combined system of Coagulation-Air Floatation-Coarse Filter-HAMBBR ( Hydrolytic Acidification Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor ) - MBBR(Moving-Bed Biofilm Reactor)- BAF(BiologicalAerated Filter)is studied in thisthesis. The integrated equipment has lots of specialties, such as its advanced technics,the high removal efficiency and convenient operation, management, installation andtransportation. So it is very applicable to the treatment of local gas-field wastewater. During the local experiment for over two months, the ranges of COD and BODin the influent are 2300~51050mg/L and 1290~7379mg/L. The removals of CODand BOD of the combined system at an overall HRT of 34.5h achieve 96.68% and99.77%. The effluent COD and BOD range 49~372mg/L and 1.6~12.8mg/L.Moreover, the removals of ammonia-nitrogen, sulfid and SS(Suspended Solid)achieve 95%, 996% and 84.97%, respectively. The experiment shows that thecombined system has great removals of most pollutants in gas-field wastewater. Atpresent there are not similar equipments which can achieve such high effects forgas-field wastewater. The main factors of effect on performance of combined system about the removalof organic substances are investigated, such as temperature, strength of influent,OLRs and pH. Moreover,it is also proved that there are lots of organic substanceshard to be degraded in gas-field wastewater and frothy substances, which aremonitored by means of GC/MS. However, the effluent of combined system canachieve oil industry wastewater let standard No.2. The technical economic analysis of combined system indicates that the treatmentcost is only 5.52yuan/ m3. Compared with the additional methods such as singlechemic treatment, physical treatment and membrane technology, the treatment cost ofthe integrated equipment is low and it holds outstanding market foreground.
