【副题名】新时期之初的建筑创作解析（1976—1985）

【摘要】 本文通过对中国改革开放初期（1970 年代中期至 1980 年代中期）建筑的研究，再现了这段并不久远的建筑历史成就和表明当时这种立足国情的现代精神对于我国当前建筑创作的启示和借鉴意义。文章首先从现今国内建筑设计领域存在的一些问题入手，引出要研究改革开放初期中国建筑创作的必要性。其次是铺垫——简单扼要地回眸了封闭环境中我国现代建筑的发展历程；1970 年代初期新现象的酝酿；以及此阶段的国内国际建筑发展背景。再次便是概况分析——从整体上对 1970 年代中期至 1980 年代中期建筑特征进行阐述，并将重要建筑按类型列以图表，以便读者了解那时期的建筑特征，进一步为后文原创特点做分析平台。此外，第一批引进的外国建筑也是当时的建筑大事，是建筑界对外开放交流、主动引进的表现成果之一，本文着重论述了他们对国内建筑创作的影响。然后是原创性分析——立足国情的中国现代主义建筑分析，这是文章的核心部分，以原创特点为准则而归纳出当时建筑作品的六大主题，并在每一大主题之下，又按不同创作特点具体加以实例分析。集中体现了这一时期中国建筑师脚踏实地、立足国情的建筑创新精神。 最后文章又落笔到现今的建筑设计中，一方面，倡导初期的这种建筑创新精神；另一方面，以今天主要现实（即国情仍属发展中国家、东西城市乡村不平衡发展、面临外国引进的冲击等）为论述对象，以改革开放初期的原创精神为依据，从理论上尝试性地为建筑设计提出几点不成熟的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After studying on the architecture creation in the early period ofChinese reformation and open to the outside, the article reviews theachievement of architecture during the time and indicates the spiritbasing upon the situation of our country is still valuable in contemporaryChina. Firstly, with some problems revealed, the article educes thenecessity of studying the architecture during the period. Secondly, thearticle reviews the course of Chinese modern architecture development,the latency of new phenomenon during early days of 1970, the backgroundof China and the outside. Thirdly, the article on the whole discussesthe characteristics of architecture from the metaphase of 1970 to themetaphase of 1980.furthermore, a table of important architecture was madeaccording to the architecture types, by which the readers can learn thearchitecture character of that time more easily. Besides, the first groupof foreign architecture is important too, which are one of the fruit ofopening to the outside, and the effect coming from them becomes theemphases of the text. Fourthly, the original creativity is analyzed,which is the focus of the article. Then the article concludes five points,which represents the characters of the architectures in that period. Whatis more, there are many examples to illuminate each subject according todifferent stresses. From that, we can see that the architect of that timeis honestly devoted to the situation of our country.
