预应力包钢法加固框架梁柱节点抗震性能的试验研究

【摘要】 预应力包钢法是采用张拉高强度螺栓,并通过角钢传递使构件预先受压,以提高其受剪承载力的一种加固方法。本文主要研究了其对提高框架梁柱节点受剪承载力的作用,探讨这种新加固技术在工程上应用的可行性。为了更清楚明确这种加固技术的有效性和影响因素,本文首先对预应力包钢法加固钢筋混凝土梁进行了研究。该课题主要包括以下几个方面:一、 预应力包钢法加固钢筋混凝土梁受剪承载力的试验研究本文对七根预应力包钢法加固钢筋混凝土梁在静载作用下受力性能进行了研究,验证了预应力包钢法的有效性,为其加固框架节点的研究奠定基础。试验研究表明:使用预应力包钢法来提高钢筋混凝土梁的抗裂度和受剪承载力是十分有效的。本文还对加固梁抗裂度和受剪承载力进行了理论分析,并提出了抗裂度和受剪承载力计算公式,其与试验结果比较符合。二、 预应力包钢法加固框架梁柱节点抗震性能的试验研究本文对四个梁柱节点试件在周期反复荷载作用下受力性能进行了研究,验证了预应力包钢法加固框架梁柱节点的有效性,为实际应用奠定基础。试验研究证明:此种加固方法对提高框架梁柱节点的抗裂度和受剪承载力是十分有效的;加固试件的抗震性能也得到了明显的改善,节点的剪切变形明显减小,节点的延性提高,强度退化和刚度退化都趋于缓和,耗能能力提高,可见预应力包钢加固节点是一种有效的加固方式,在实际工程中可以推广应用。本文提出了相应的预应力包钢法加固框架梁柱节点受剪承载力设计计算公式,其计算结果与试验数据可较好吻合,且偏于安全,可以满足实际工程设计的要求。本文还根据试验中的现象提出了一些设计建议,以供设计人员参考。三、预应力包钢法加固框架梁柱节点的关键技术鉴于预应力包钢法在实际应用中存在的问题,本文对扭矩和螺栓预拉力的实验数据以及对两根钢筋混凝土梁和加固节点的长期观测结果进行了研究,确定了实际扭矩的计算公式和预应力的最终损失量,为实际应用奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 It is a new reinforced method with stretching high-strength bolt and make joint corezone compressive by angel steel. In this paper its effect on strengthening shear capacityof reinforced concrete frame joint is studied, and the effectiveness of this reinforcedmethod is presented. And in order to know the effect and influencing factor of thistechnology clearly, in this paper the reinforced concrete beams strengthened with thismethod is studied at first. The program includes such experimental researches asfollows:1. Experimental research on shear capacity of reinforced concrete beams with the method This paper studied the performance of seven beams enclosed withprestressed bolt under static loading, verified its validity, and so laid afoundation for the reinforcement of the joint. The experimental researchindicates the method can advance effectively the cracking load and shearcapacity on the base of the rational analysis, a simplified design formula isproposed and it can meet the experiment.2. Experimental research on seismic behavior of frame joint strengthened with the method The seismic behavior of four specimens of strengthening framebeam-column joints enclosed with prestressed bolt is studied under cyclicloading, proofed this method is effective, and make a base for its practice. Theexperiment conclude: it is very effective for improve the crack resistance,shear capacity and seismic behavior of frame joint reinforced with this method.So this method is valid which can be used in practice. The design formula ofshear capacity is proposed; the calculated value can meet the experiment value,and it can satisfy actual engineer designing. Finally some design suggestionput forward in this paper, which can meet the engineering requirements.3. Moment technology on frame beam-column joint strengthened with the method Because of lots of questions in the procedure of using this method, it takesa long term observed result about beam and joint is studied and inference theformula and last lost value. It would establish the fundaments for actualapplication.
