【摘要】 门诊楼是医院中的重要组成部分，也是病人最集中、最密集的区域。门诊楼设计对医院整体的功能和形象起着关键的作用，必须进行深入的分析和研究。随着社会和医疗卫生事业的发展，人们对健康水平的追求和对医院设施、环境的需求，患者就医的心理需求等影响门诊楼建筑设计的因素也发生了深刻的变化；当前的医学模式正在从传统医学模式向着生物－心理－社会综合医学模式转变；社会经济发展改善了医疗保健服务,也驱动着人们对医疗保健的更高需求；包括计算机科学、信息技术在内的先进技术对医疗服务体系及医院设计也带来了重大影响。这些变化必然也引起了门诊楼建筑设计观念和方法的变化。在这些不断变化和进步的时代背景下，我国的医院设计事业和建筑师正面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。本论文针对这些问题，考察了当代社会条件、技术条件、社会需求、设计观念的变化以及这些变化对门诊楼建筑设计的影响，分析和总结了当代医院门诊楼设计中出现的新观念和新趋势，并对目前门诊楼设计中不适应时代需要的因素进行了有针对性的分析，然后结合工程实例，就当代医院门诊楼设计的新观念、新趋势对门诊楼建筑设计的影响进行了初步的研究，以作为今后医院门诊楼设计实践的指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Out-patient departments are important parts in hospitals.The design of out-patient department will play the key role forthe whole hospital and we must research into this field deeplyand extensively. With the development of our society, requirements frompeople toward medical care and medical environment have beenchanging.Furthermore, medical technology and equipments havebeen developed greatly.The social role and management ofhospitals also has been changed, the design concepts andmethods of hospitals then must be updated to face those changes.Architects are facing great challenge as well as great chances. This paper aims to research into those factors whichinfluences the development of medicine, such as socialconditions, technical conditions, social requirements and soon. On this base this paper discusses new concepts and trendsfor contemporary out-patient department design. Together withthe analysis of real projects, this paper sums up these conceptsand trends as direction for later practices in hospital design.更多还原
