分布式在线振动监测网络系统及其通信接口的设计

【摘要】 为了实时监测舰艇的振动噪声性能,实现对潜艇典型航态的声场特性预报,实时监控潜艇的各类主机、附机等的运行情况,提高舰艇运行的安全可靠性,有必要在现役舰艇上安装振动噪声实时监控网络系统。现场总线是全数字式、串行、多点通讯的数据总线,广泛应用于工厂自动化、过程自动化和楼宇自动化中,是国际领先的技术。本文应用现场总线技术设计了现场总线控制系统 FCS,与传统的集散控制系统 DCS 相比,其主要特点有:信号传输的全数字化;控制功能的彻底分散;系统具有开放性和互操作性等。通过对几种现场总线的特点比较,选择由控制器局域网 CAN 总线构成网络。本文的主要研究内容有:1. 介绍了现场总线的概念,阐述了现场总线控制系统相对于传统控制系统 的特点和优点,并对多种现场总线协议及几种串行通讯接口方式进行了 比较,最后选用了 CAN 总线构成 FCS 系统。2. 建立了中央计算机-CAN 网桥-测量处理单元-传感器的多层分布式 网络结构模型,并使用了双绞线、光导纤维等多种传输介质连接网络。 该结构具有安全、可靠、扩展简单、实时性强等特点。3. 以DSP、CPLD、PIC单片机为核心的实时测量处理单元的系统设计,并 完成I2C总线通信接口的设计。4. CAN 网桥的设计。包括 CAN 通讯接口和 SPI 通讯接口的设计。以带有 CAN 模块的 MCU 代替了通常系统中使用的 CAN 控制器,优化了系统 设计,提高了 MCU 的效率。5. 对通信接口进行测试,验证系统数据传输的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to real-time detect the noise characteristic of the naval vessel vibration,to predict the sound field characteristic on typical navigational status, to monitor therunning conditions of main and auxiliaries and to increase the safety and reliability, itis necessary to mount real-time monitor network for vibration noise on submarines incommission. As Being an advanced technique, field bus is a digital and serial data bus withthe ability of multiple-point communication, which is used widely on industryautomation and process automation and building automation. In this paper, thetechnique of field bus is applied to designed FCS (fieldbus control system). Contrastwith DCS (discrete control system), FCS has these features: complete digitized signaltransmission, thoroughly discrete of control functions and openness and mutualoperation and so on. The CAN bus is selected to compose the network aftercomparison between various field buses. The paper’s content is introduced briefly as followed: 1. The concept of field bus and its features is introduced. Various field buses are compared and the CAN bus is selected to compose FCS. 2. The multi-layer distributed network structure model with twisted pair line and optical fibre as transmission medium including central computer, net bridge and measure and process unit, sensors is established, witch has the features of safety, reliability, easy expansion and strong real-time and so on. 3. The real-time measure and process unit with DSP, CPLD and PIC chip as kernel is designed and I2C bus communication interface is developed. 4. The Net bridge of CAN bus is designed including CAN interface and SPI interface. The CAN controller is replaced by MCU with CAN modular in order to optimize the system. 5. Communication interface is tested in order to verify the reliability of data transfer.
