太原滨河小区高层住宅现浇混凝土楼板裂缝的预防及治理

【摘要】 随着现在高层建筑的迅猛发展,商品混凝土和泵送技术的广泛应用,施工工期大大缩短的情况下,现浇楼板不同程度的出现了裂缝,这种裂缝常常引起楼板渗漏、钢筋腐蚀、混凝土碳化等现象。本文针对现浇楼板裂缝,着重进行了原因分析和施工的预防及治理。楼板裂缝重在预防。本文以太原滨河小区高层建筑为背景,重点从设计控制,材料控制,施工技术及施工管理方面进行了分析比较,尤其是对如何控制钢筋保护层;如何科学合理地安排施工工期和工序穿插等施工技术的改进进行了探讨;重点讨论了怎样加强混凝土养护,及防止吊料区超载等管理措施。在实际工程中实践表明,这些方法与措施对混凝土楼板裂缝的预防起到了良好的效果。最后本文对出现的楼板裂缝的处理进行了阐述,根据工程实际情况与条件,采用简单、易学的 YJ型自动压力灌浆技术,重点进行了论述。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of high-rise buildings, the wide application ofready-mixed commodity concrete, and pumping technique, and the requirement ofshort time limit for a project, cracks in varying degrees have appeared in cast-in–sinus concrete floorslabs, which usually cause defects such as leakage, reinforcingsteel bar corrosion, and concrete carbonization. This paper stresses the importance of the analysis of causes, prevention inconstruction, and treatment of concrete in accordance with cast-in-situs concrete Thefocal point, of work in floorslab cracks centers on prevention. This paper takes thehigh-rise buildings of Taiyuan Binhe Small District for its background and focusesdiscussion on the control of design, the control of material, construction technologyand construction management by analyzing and comparing them, especially on how tocontrol reinforcing bar protective layer, and how to scientifically and rationallyarrange the time limit for a project and working procedures in turn, and theimprovement of construction technology. In addition, this paper puts stress on thediscussion about construction management, such as concrete curing, prevention ofoverloading in hoisting or lif-ting areas. And an introduction is made to concretefloorslab crak treatment measures, especially to the simple and easy-learn YJautomatic pressure grouting technique according to actual and concrete conditions ofthe construction of project.
