供热管网的流体网络分析及水力平衡研究

【摘要】 供热管网是一个复杂的流体网络系统,它的运行工况受工作条件、环境、时间、制造和施工等多方面的影响。水力工况失调是供热管网普遍存在的现象,如何克服水力失调,实现供热管网的水力平衡,提高管网的经济性、安全性和可靠性,改善供热质量,是供热行业所面临的问题。基于此,本文主要研究了以下几方面的问题。首先对供热管网水力失调现象进行了分析。通过对水力失调的表现、影响、形式、原因的研究,寻找解决水力失调问题的途径和办法,并提出优化治理的原则。然后以水力计算为基础,对产生水力失调的水力工况进行理论分析,定性地分析供热管网水力失调的规律性。利用流体网络及网络图论的有关定理定律,建立供热管网水力工况的数学模型。接着对供热管网进行流体网络分析。1.通过供热管网水力工况的数学模型,分析和计算管网调节工程中系统流量、压力等参数的变化规律。2.运用基本回路分析法(MKP),推导出供热管网任意管段的压降与该管段流量变化之间的关系。3.采用平方根法进行计算并编制出基本回路法(MKP)程序。以天津开发区恂园小区北线和东线供热管网为实例,利用所编程序对用户及系统进行计算。然后,采用模拟分析法进行实际调节。通过对天津开发区恂园小区的实际应用,证明上述研究工作在理论上和应用上都有很大意义。

【Abstract】 The pipe network of heating is a complex fluid network system. Its operating condition is affected by many factors such as operating status, environment, time, manufacturing and construction process, etc. The hydraulic disorder appears ubiquitously in the pipe network of heating. Therefore, the problems such as the overcome of the hydraulic disorder, realization of the hydraulic balance, increase of its economy, security and reliability, and amelioration of the quality of heating, should be considered in the heating engineering, and this paper focuses on these issues.In the first part, the paper analyzes the phenomenon of the hydraulic disorder in the pipe network of heating. Based on the research on performance, influences, external styles and internal causes of the pipe network of heating, it gives solutions to hydraulic disorder, and proposes principles of optimization.The following part of the paper makes theoretical analysis to the operating condition of hydraulic disorder, and gives some qualitative definition to the regularities of the hydraulic disorder in the pipe network of heating based on the calculation of hydraulic resistance balance. The paper also establishes mathematical model for the operating condition of the pipe network of heating with reference to relevant theorems and laws of fluid network and network graph theory.The third part of the paper gives a fluid network analysis to the pipe network of heating. This analysis consists of three parts: 1, analyzing and calculating the movement principles of some parameters such as system flow and system pressure with the mathematical model mentioned above; 2, drawing the conclusion of the relation between the pressure drop at any part of the pipe network and the flow of this part by the method of (MKP); 3, calculating with root-squaring method and giving program of MKP.In the end, the paper takes the east and north lines the pipe network of heating of Xunyuan village, Tianjin Economic technological Development Area as one example, calculates the relation between customers and system using the program above mentioned. And some actual adjustment was made with method of simulation analysis was applied in the same system.Through application in these two examples, the methods and programs the paper concludes are proved to be effective in both theory and application.
