热力站耗热指标测算及节能潜力分析

【摘要】 对于大型的集中供热系统,热力站作为连接一二次网的枢纽,其运行效果的好坏将对整个热网起重要作用,其能耗水平的高低是供热节能工作中的一个重要环节。随着计量供热在我国的全面推广,变流量下热力站的运行控制模式以及在节能中存在的问题都非常值得研究。本文以热力站整体作为研究对象,通过对典型热力站从理论设计负荷和实际耗热负荷两方面的计算和对比,测算耗热指标分析能耗状况;在典型热力站测算的基础上建立了不同热力站耗热指标确定及预测模型,给出了实用简便的确定及预测方法,通过进一步的验证计算确定了模型的有效性;对热负荷计算中室外气象数据的非逐时记录问题,巧妙回避了精确逐时转化的难题,提出了一种适合供热负荷计算的非逐时气象数据简化处理方法,并运用典型气象年数据加以验证完全可以保证负荷值的计算精度要求;针对计量供热系统变流量运行的特点,介绍了热力站循环水泵变频调速控制方式及变频原理,运用技术经济的方法对水泵变频的节能效果进行分析,给出了部分城市相对节电率和水泵变频装置的静态回收期。通过现场测试、理论计算和实际数据的验证对我国热力站目前的能耗水平做出评价探讨热力站节能潜力。

【Abstract】 For the large-scale central heating system, substation’s operation effect take an important role for the whole heating net, and substation’s energy consumption is an important part in energy saving. With the heat metering popularize in China, it is very much worth studying that substation’s control and energy saving situation in variable water volume. In this thesis, take the substation as a whole research object. By calculating and comparing typical substation’s design load and consumption load, get the heat consumption index. On the base of this, set up a heat consumption index determine and forecast model, further verify the model’s validity with calculation. In the course of design load calculating, put forward a new simplify method handle the meteorological data that are not hourly, also verify the method’s precision with the data of typical meteorological year. Furthermore, aim at the variable water volume’s character introduce the principle and control method of pump work in variable voltage variable frequency, and utilize technical economy way analysis the energy saving effect, have given the partially city’s relative electrical saving rate and static pay back period of pump with VVVF control. Analysis substation’s energy situation by site testing, theory calculating and verify calculating, discuss the energy saving potential on substation.
