汽车变速器总成交检试验台的研究

【摘要】 汽车变速器是汽车传动系统中的主要部件之一,变速器工作状况的好坏直接影响到汽车整体性能,对变速器的检测至关重要。本文在系统分析了汽车变速器性能、功用、要求的基础上,综合机械、液压、电气三个方面,设计了汽车变速器总成交检试验台,完成汽车变速器的下线加载检验。试验台中设计了输入轴驱动和输出轴驱动装置。输入轴驱动(正拖)完成在不同档位时的变速器噪声检测;输出轴驱动(反拖)进行不同档位换档测试。输入端电机转速调节由变频器来完成,输出端电机转速及扭矩设定通过伺服系统实现。通过电气控制系统控制输入端电机、输出端电机反复动力切换,来实现模拟汽车工况。同时,该试验台中设计了液压系统用于控制变速器的装夹、向变速器内注排润滑油、输入端离合器的脱开闭合、输出端尾座的进退;设计了输入总成机构、输出总成机构及变速器专用的注排油装置。通过工控机实现了伺服控制器、变频控制器、PLC和各个仪表之间的数据通信以及数据报表的输出,达到了实时控制。传感器系统及仪表完成输出轴扭矩、输入和输出端转速、变速器噪声、注排油流量、油温等项的测量和监控。本试验台结构简洁合理,功能齐全,操作方便,具有一套精密完整的数字显示系统。经使用证实其性能稳定可靠,完全能满足生产检测要求。

【Abstract】 Automobile transmission is one of the major parts in the automobile gearing system,the performance of the transmission has a direct influence on the overall performance of the automobile.It is important to test automobile transmission. The thesis systematically analyzes the performance, function and requirements of the automobile transmission, it synthesizes mechanism, hydraulic pressure and electric system and designs the automobile transmission assembly test platform to complete the test of torque loaded after the automobile transmission is assembly.The input and output axis equipment is designed in the test platform. The input axis pull (positive pull) completes the noise test of the transmission at different gears. The output axis pull (reverse pull) test the shifting at different gears. The rotate speed adjustment of the input electromotor is done by transducer, and the rotate speed and torque design of the output electromotor is complemented by the servo system. The working condition of the analogue automobile is achieved by means of the electric control system’s control over the input electromotor and the output electromotor’s repeated power switch. At the same time,the hydraulic pressure system is designed to control the transmission installation and clamp, the transmission’s infusing and discharging of lubricating oil, the opening and closing of the input clutch, and the advance and retreat of the output rear seat.The input and the output assembly framework is designed, and the transmission-specialized infusing and discharging mechanism is designed. The data communication between the servo controller, transducer controller, PLC and every meter, as well as the data report forms is realized through the IPC, and real-time control is also achieved. The sensor system and the meters complete the output torque, input and output rotate speed, the noise of the transmission, the flow capacity of the infusing and discharging, and the oil temperature measurement and monitoring.The structure of the test platform is simple and reasonable. The functions are fully developed, and the operation is convenient. A set of accurate and comprehensive digital display system has been designed. It has been proved through use that its performance is stable and reliable, and it can fully meet the requirements of production test.
