天津滨海国际机场人才激励机制研究

【摘要】 企业之间的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争。充分激发员工的积极性、主动性与创造性,是实现企业组织目标的基础。激励机制的优化和不断完善,对于激发企业员工的工作积极性和提高企业的综合竞争 能力具有重大的意义。本文首先通过与美、日激励机制比较,分析了我国人才激励机制发展的状况,然后介绍了天津滨海国际机场激励现状和存在的问题并介绍了几种流行较广的激励理论。以马斯洛的需要层次理论为切入点,对天津滨海国际机场的员工的工作满意度和需求层次的进行了随机问卷调查,在此基础上,提出了实施人才有效激励的综合激励模型,并对模型进行了应用分析。最后对天津滨海国际机场激励机制进行了设计,就如何优化和改进人才激励机制提出了建议和措施。本论文的研究将对天津滨海国际机场针对员工的不同需求,采取有效的人才激励措施,以充分挖掘人才的潜力和激发他们的工作干劲具有较好的指导作用,具有较强的实践操作性。同时也对同类企业的人才激励机制的建立提高了有益的参考。

【Abstract】 The competition among enterprises is the competition among persons with ability in the final analysis. Prompting the employee’s initiative, creativity and potentials is the basis of our carrying out the enterprises’ aim. It is important to optimize the motivation mechanism , because it plays a great role in prompting employee’ activity , raising the competitiveness of enterprises. In the beginning of the paper, by compared with motivation mechanism between the USA and Japan, the actuality of motivation mechanism in our country is analyzed. The following is the introduction of the actuality in Tianjin Binhai International Airport and some popular theory of motivation. Meanwhile , considering the Maslo’ Hierarchy of Needs Theory, I made a random sampling investigation with the form of testing paper regarding the Job Position Contentment Degree and practical Demands Levels amidst the employee in Tianjin Binhai International Airport Based on these investigation , an integrated activating model given for employee activation is built, and the model is analysed . In the end, the Motivation Mechanism of Tianjin Binhai International Airport is designed and some suggestions are proposed about how to optimize and improve motivation mechanism of talented person .The researches in this essay will arouse instructive influence in mading us depend on the empolyee’ different demand, then use effective methods, prompt tremendous potentials of talent persons and make them work harder in Tianjin Binhai International Airport. Therefore having some helpful references to those similar enterprises for building motivation mechanism of talented person.
