灰色系统理论在LNG电厂燃机机型选择中的应用

【摘要】 本文基于灰色系统理论对LNG燃机电厂中燃气轮机机型选择的问题进行了研究。即在同等发电装机容量下,如何采用灰色系统评价理论,在单轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组或多轴燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电机组两种机型之间,进行评判,作出现实和科学的选择。首先从众多灰色系统理论中,引出适合对燃机机型评价的灰色系统理论的分枝—灰色统计决策方法。其次根据两种燃机机型的不同特点,构造燃机综合性能评价指标体系,并建立相应的灰色评价数学模型。再次用所构造的灰色评价数学模型应用于两种燃机机型,请五位燃机专家对两种燃机,分别进行评判打分。最后经过必要的数学计算,得出了在我国国情下,选择多轴燃机优于选择单轴燃机的结论。最后通过对韩国采用多轴燃机顺利推进燃机成套国产化实践的分析,提出在我国国情下,选择多轴燃机,大力推进国产化的建议和设想。文章所研究的是实际工程实践中遇到的问题,具有较强的针对性和实践性。文章的结论对目前我国正在大力发展的燃机发电事业,对我国的燃机设备成套的国产化进程,具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 Basing on the gray system theory, this paper discussed type choice of gasturbine used in LNG power plant. That is to say, under the same output, how to usethe gray system evaluation theory to choose realistically and scientifically betweensingle shaft gas-steam combined cycle power train and multi shaft gas-steamcombined cycle power train. Firstly, the author elicited one branch of the gray systemtheory that is suitable to evaluate the type of gas turbine among so many gray systemtheories------gray statistic decision method. Secondly, according to the characteristicsof two types, the author constructed an evaluation index system for gas turbine’scomprehensive performance, and a correspondent gray evaluation mathematicalmodel. Thirdly, the author applied the gray evaluation mathematical model to twotypes of gas turbine, and invited five experts to respectively mark those two types ofgas turbine. Fourthly, after necessary mathematical calculation, the author concludedthat under current conditions in China, multi shaft gas turbine is better than singleshaft gas turbine. Finally, through analyzing the application of multi shaft gas turbineto promote the localization practice of whole set of gas turbine in Korea, the authorsuggested and supposed that under current conditions in China it is better to choosemulti shaft gas turbine to powerfully promote the localization. This paper discussedproblems occurred during engineering practice, which is typical and practical. Theconclusion of this paper has certain realistic meaning to develop gas turbine powerplant and promote the localization of whole set of gas turbine in China.
