低温地板辐射采暖系统的实际运行工况研究

【摘要】 低温地板辐射采暖在我国起步较晚,目前国内对低温地板辐射采暖系统运行的实际工况、技术特点、运行机理的认识尚不完整,设计和施工经验缺乏。为此,本文进行了低温地板辐射采暖的实验研究。本研究重点分析了低温地板辐射采暖的特点和传热机理,并在此基础上建立了设计中常用的回字型低温地板辐射采暖的数学模型,分析了此种采暖系统的热工性能,确立了地板单位面积散热量、地板表面平均温度与地面覆盖层、供回水平均温度、室外温度及其它参数之间的定量关系;另外进行了冬季地板辐射采暖系统的实验研究,分析了地面下和室内的温度分布情况。通过实验对比了不同的地下保温层、地面覆盖层、供水温度、流量对地板内及室内空气温度分布的影响,同时还进行了侧墙辅助加热的实验研究。通过对大量的实验数据的分析,总结出了低温地板辐射采暖的传热规律,并通过对工作中低温地板辐射采暖系统的大量施工经验的总结,归纳出一套切实可行的标准工法,为以后的系统设计和施工提供了很好的参考依据。最后,结合工程实例,对另一种低温辐射采暖方式—低温辐射电热膜采暖的特点、施工等方面,进行了简单的介绍和经济性分析。

【Abstract】 Low-temperature water floor radiant heating system in engineering was newly developed in China. The technology character and operation mechanism of the system have not been understood maturely. We lack the experience of design and engineering .Because of this, we study the low temperature water floor heating system. The character and mechanism of heat transfer in this system are mainly analyzed, and based on it, the paper put forward a mathematical model of dual-spiral shape laid radiant floor heating system generally used in design. The paper analyzed the thermal performance of the system and determined the quantitative relation between the heat-dispersing rate per unit area, the floor surface mean temperature and the ground covering, the mean temperature of the supply and the return water, outdoor temperature etc. the paper determined the relation between the water temperature, the flux of water and the outside air temperature. In addition, we also studied the low-temperature water floor radiant heating experiment in winter. The underground and indoor air temperature distribution is analysed. Based on the experiment data, the paper compared the influence of the different underground heat preservation layer, the ground covering, the water temperature and the flux of water on the underground and the indoor air temperature distribution. Meantime, the experiment on the wall auxiliary heating system was also carried on. By analysing large amount of data, heat transfer rules in this system are summed up, and by making a summary of. large amount of engineering experience of floor radiant heating system ,we drew a doable criterion of engineering method, which provide reference for designing and engineering.Finally, another kind of low-temperature radiant heating system which was carried through electricity heating membrane was introduced and analyzed economically.
