激光扫描测径仪的研究

【摘要】 随着机械、电子、光学产业的迅速发展,对工件参数的精度要求也越来越高,传统的测量方法不能够实现各个方面的需要。激光扫描测径仪采用激光扫描方式,对生产线上回转体被测对象实现高速度、高精度、非接触测量。由于非接触的特点,对被测对象无任何干扰,因此非常适合热的、软的和运动的被测对象。 激光扫描测径仪系统是一种基于光学技术、现代激光、电子学、计算机、精密机械等多学科技术于一体在线检测系统。它是用可见激光作为光源,把被测对象的几何尺寸经过扫描光学系统和光电变换系统转变成电信号,再由计算机进行实时数据处理,给出测量结果,并数字显示。本论文完成了测径仪的总体方案设计,并对系统的工作原理和总体结构进行了论述。由fθ透镜构成的特殊光学系统的确定,精密机械系统结构的设计,光电变换及微机控制与数据处理系统的确定,最后对激光在线扫描检测系统的精度进行了综合分析。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of mechanics electronics and optics industries,the precision requirement of workpiece’s parameters are increased.The traditional inspecte instruments can’t achieve some new requirement. Laser-scaned Measuring for the Diameter can measure circular objects on production line in high speed, high precision ,and this measurement is untouched, because of untouching,there is no interference with the objects being measurered. So it is fit for the moving or vibrating objects that may be hot or soft.Laser-scanned Measuring for the Diameter system involved optics, laser, electronics , computer and mechanics etc, In the system,a visible laser is taken as its light source, the geometric parameter of the measured object is transformed into the electrical sighals by a scanning optical system and an opto-electronic transformation system,the measured result is given and displayed by the computer real time data processing. In the paper we expound the total structure design of the diameter measurement, The working rinciple and overall structure ofthe diameter measurement are introduced,the choose of optics principle, the special optical system which consist f lens, the design of fine mechanics system, and the choose of light to current inversion as well as computer control and data processing system. At last, the accurate of laser beam on line measuring instrument has been analyzed.
