微小摩擦力测试仪的研制与开发

【摘要】 这是一种全新的微小摩擦力测试仪器,它采用压电陶瓷作为施力装置的执行元件,实现了自动连续地加载,避免了目前仪器中手动加载存在的一些弊端。实现了摩擦力加载模块的机械结构小型化、载荷连续可调和操作简单的技术要求。仪器采用高灵敏度应变传感器测力的微负荷摩擦实验方法,使微负荷摩擦测试系统具有较高的分辨率和测试精度。 本文详细论述了微小摩擦力测试仪的总体设计过程,主要包括测力传感器和转动装置的具体设计原理和方法及电机的选用和调速硬件设计。同时,本文通过对所设计的仪器进行误差分析,而得到此仪器满足设计要求的结论。

【Abstract】 It is a novel apparatus of micro-friction with piezoelectric cermics. Here piezoelectric cermics is a executive body of forcing device, by it the force can be brought to bear automatically and continuously. This can avoid some bad ways in the existing apparatus. The technical demands can be realized, these include miniaturization of mechanical structure, automatic regulation of load and simple operation. Because the strain sensor with high sensitivity is used to measure force, this apparatus has high resolution and measure precision.This article is focused on the course of designing the apparatus of micro-friction. In this article , the paper describes three parts, the design mehods and principles of forcing sensor and turning equipment, the choice of electromotor and hardware of timing design. At the same time, the paper gives a conclusion that these designs can meet demands by error analysis.
