基于弹体外表面疵病检测系统的图像处理技术

【摘要】 弹体外表面疵病检测系统属智能检测技术的应用研究,是应用计算机图像处理技术,实现高精度、高效率的自动无损检测。该专用系统可对弹体外表面的光滑程度进行检测,对其表面由于生产工艺等原因造成的各种划痕进行检测与分析,是确定炮弹使用安全性的重要手段。 本文介绍了这个智能检测系统中整体结构,工作原理及其软件的设计思想。详细阐述了本系统中应用到的图像处理技术工作原理及实现过程,在论述了工件疵病检测中传统使用的图像预处理方法的同时,提出了基于小波变换边缘检测预处理技术。通过对这两种方法的定性对比,得出小波变换边缘检测算法检出的图像具有边缘清晰、细腻,抗噪性能强等特点。此外,通过对预处理后的疵病图像采用跟踪提取,线条拟合等处理方法,可实现对疵病的位置、长度等物理特征的定量分析。

【Abstract】 Shell body exterior surface flaw detection system belongs to the application research of intelligent detection technology. It is a kind of auto lossless detecting which applied computer image processing technique to realize high precision and high efficiency. This special system can carry out detection as springing the smooth level of body exterior surface, carries out detection and analysis for the various cuts that surface causes because of the reasons such as production technology, is to determine shell to use the important means of safety.The paper has introduced the overall structure,.principle and design idea for software of this whole intelligent measurement system. While having discussed the image pretreatment method of traditional use in workpiece flaw detection , have put forward based on wavelet transform edge detection pretreatment technology. By qualitative contrast between this two methods, explain wavelet transform edge detection algorithm detects the image that have edge distinct, fine, fight to chirp performance strong etc. besides, through trailing and distill for the flaw image after pretreatment, line draft join etc. processing method, can realize the quantitative analysis for the physical features such as length and the location of flaw.
