大容量CO2激光通信系统——激光脉冲信号探测和处理技术

【摘要】 本文对大容量CO2大气激光通信系统的总体构成进行了深入的研究,对实现机动式、大容量、高速率、远距离激光大气通信的基本原理和关键技术进行了探讨。文中重点对激光探测关键技术——浮动阈值和AGC技术做了详细论述。 浮动阈值系统的核心是数据采集技术,文中介绍了核心芯片TLC5540和TLC5615,利用MCS51单片机控制整个系统,对HgCdTe传感器输出的原始信号进行检测,实现了智能浮动阈值控制;同时阐述了性能先进的核心芯片——AD603及其应用于AGC放大器的特殊性。文中介绍了如何对其性能进行测试,给出了测试波形图及转换表并通过实验验证了该AGC放大器的性能,给出了实验波形图。本文对高灵敏度信号检测技术进行了深入的研究,提出了具体实验方案、给出实测数据,这对大容量CO2大气激光通信系统的进一步工程化、实用化具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 This article discussed the total constitute of communication system of large capacity C02 and the basic principle and the key technology of communication system with power-driven ,large capacity ,high speed and long distance. This article emphasisly talked about the two kind of technology, commonly used in laser pulse detection - Floating threshold value and AGC(Automatic gain control) technology.The core of Floating threshold value system is the data sampling technology. We will introduce the key chip - TLC5540 and TLC5615 and utilize MCS51 to control the whole system in the article. It examines the original signal from the HgCdTe sensor and realizes the control of Floating threshold value. The key chip - AD603 and its application in the AGC amplifier also introduced in detail in the article. How to examine and the graphic of the result also introduce at the end of the article. It verifies the accuracy of the circuit through the experiment with the experimental oscillogram. We discusses the knowledge of technology of high sensitivity and raise the experiment plan and the practice data which has important means to the C02 communication system of large capacity.
