武器装备动态稳定精度测试系统

【摘要】 本文分析和设计了武器装备动态精度测试系统-零飞仪。该系统以计算机为系统控制处理平台,由光机系统(包括定焦镜头、数字CCD相机、消杂光光栏、机械外壳组成)、图像处理系统和控制计算机等几大部分组成,且各个部分相互独立。在计算机的控制下,系统通过被测物体上安装的光机系统和图像捕捉卡来捕获并存储目标图像。而图像识别处理软件用以完成图像的存储、目标提取、目标特征计算、误差计算等工作,最终得出被测物体对目标的跟踪精度。 该系统不仅采用先进的DALSA航空用数字相机和性能优越的PC-DIG图像采集卡,以及低电压差分信号(LVDS)的接口模式,用很低的电压摆幅来保证在相对较短的距离内(10-15m)实现高速(400Mbps)数据传输,从而保证了图像采集的实时性,同时用VC++编写的软件使图像处理速度高,灵活性强,操作方便。

【Abstract】 The dynamic stable testing precision system for weapon adopts computer for its controlling and processing flat. And it is mainly made up of optic-mechanical system (including the lens of fixed focus CCD focal plane module and mechanical crust.) image processing system and controlling computer and so on. Each part is independence. Under the controlling of computer, the system captures and stores objective image by optic-mechanical system fixed on measured object and image capture card. Moreover, the identifying and processing software of image is applied for storingextracting object counting the character of object computing errors and so on. At last, the track precision of object can be got.This system not only applies DALSA camera and PC-DIG collecting card to ensuring real time of collecting image, but also applies software compiled by VC++ to improving processing speed and flexibility operating convenience.
