球面磨具保形磨损高速研磨

High Speed Spherical Surface Lapping Tool Wearing Without Surface Shape Accuracy Decreasing

【摘要】 固着磨料球面高速研磨是在球面高速研磨机上采用成形法加工球面工件。为了保证被加工球面工件表面的面形精度,本文对球面研磨中浮动工件与磨具的相对运动和受力进行了分析,探讨了实现球面磨具保形磨损的理论,按照这一理论设计了保形磨损的球面磨具,并通过实验验证分析研磨速度、压力、时间等因素对加工球面工件表面面形精度的影响。 实验结果表明:按保形磨损理论设计的球面磨具研磨出的工件,曲率半径变化范围在-1~+2μm,且变化量基本保持稳定,随着研磨的进行,工件的曲率半径没有明显变化趋势,保持了较好的面形和几何精度。证明了保形磨损理论是正确的。

【Abstract】 During the processing of spherical workpieces on high speed spherical surface solid abrasives lapping machine,we must ensure the surface precision of the workpieces.This paper makes theoretical analysis on motion and force of spherical surface lapping;advances the theory of realizing the lapping tool wearing without surface shape accuracy decreasing and design the spherical lapping tool;makes experimental research on the factors such as intensity of pressure,velocity,time and etc which can have effect on the lapping tool wearing,and analyse the effection of these factors on the surface shape accuracy of spherical wokpiece.From the result of experimentthe wokpieces processed by the lapping tool wearing without surface shape accuracy decreasing can maintain satisfied surfacial and geometrical precision,radius variation range -l~+2m.These facts can prove that the theory about lapping tool wearing without surface shape accuracy decreasing during the workpiece processing is correct..
