基于DSP的电液伺服测控系统研究

【摘要】 随着试验机技术的进步,近年来国内外电子液压万能试验机发展了三种不同控制方式:电液伺服阀控制、采用具有速度控制器的压力阀控制和宽流量范围的比例阀控制。电液伺服控制技术作为现代微电子技术、计算机技术和液压技术的桥梁,已经成为现代控制技术的重要组成部分。由于它具有线性好、死区小、灵敏度高、动态性能好、响应快、精度高等显著优点,因而得到了广泛的应用。电子液压万能试验机除了控制技术外,还采用高精度力与位移测量系统及计算机采集处理等技术,在功能上达到甚至超过电子万能试验机,尤其在大负荷上液压万能试验机及各种压力试验机具有更大的优势。 本论文正是在电液伺服控制技术的基础上,完成了基于DSP的电液伺服测控系统的研究。本论文主要是采用数字信号处理器DSP中的TMS320F240作为核心处理器,结合外部的模/数转换和数/模转换电路、可编程逻辑器件EPM7128的地址译码和锁存电路和ISA接口电路,设计了集采集、转换、控制于一身的ISA卡。

【Abstract】 With the development of test-machine technology, in recent years electro-hydraulic universal material test-machine of the country inside and outside develops three different control modes: electro-hydraulic servo valve’s control; adopted the pressure valve’s control with speed controller; proportion valve’s control of wide flux . Electro-hydraulic servo control’s technology becomes an important constitute of modern time control technology as a bridge between the micro-electronics ,computer technology and electro-hydraulic control technology .For electro-hydraulic servo control’s technology has the advantage of fine linearity, little deadband, high sensitivity, fine dynamic performance , rapid respond , high precision and so on, it is used in many fields. In addition to control technology, electro-hydraulic omnipotence test-machine adopted high-precision’s force and displacement measurement system and computer’s collection and disposal technology , reach and exceed over the electro universal material test-machine electro-hydraulic in function, electro-hydraulic universal material test-machine and all kinds of pressure test-machine have superority over others specially in great load fields.The paper is completed research of measurement and control system based on DSP under technology. The paper is designed a card with the data-collection conversion and control by adopting mainly TMS320F240 among the DSPs as kernel processor, with peripheric A/D and D/A circuit EPM7128’s decode and latch circuit and ISA interface circuit.
