【摘要】 脂肪肝和急性肝损伤是人们日常生活中的常见疾病和多发病，其病因病理复杂，不易治愈。长期以来，人们投入了大量的资金和精力来寻求解决此疾病的良方益药，而中医药在这方面具有独特的见解。利用各种单方及复方制剂治疗脂肪肝和急性肝损伤都已取得了良好的效果，尤其是通过合理配伍的复方制剂能够增强药物疗效，减少毒副作用。 肝脂平胶囊是由姜黄、赤芍、海藻、茯苓和提取物E提取研制而成，具有疏肝理气、活血化瘀、软坚散结、健脾渗湿的功效，可有效的预防和治疗临床上的脂肪肝和急性肝损伤及慢性肝炎引起的肝纤维化等症。方中的几味中药是治疗肝病的良药。本文通过药效学实验，证实了该药的治疗效果，对制备工艺进行了筛选，并对其中主要药物进行了定性、定量分析，确定了具体的检测指标，从而为该药的生产制备提供了科学的依据。 对肝脂平胶囊进行了系统的药学研究。采用正交设计，以干膏收率和姜黄素含量为指标优选了姜黄的提取工艺为90％EtOH提取2次，加醇量为10倍，每次提取1.5h；以干膏收率和芍药苷含量为指标优选了赤芍及海藻的提取工艺为加10倍水，提取3次，每次1h。采用薄层色谱法鉴别了复方中的姜黄、赤芍、茯苓和提取物E，斑点清晰，专属性强；以制剂中主要有效成分姜黄素为指标为肝脂平胶囊制定了明确的质量标准。采用高效液相色谱法测定姜黄素的含量，本法回收率达99.05％，表明方法准确可靠。对肝脂平胶囊进行了初步稳定性研究，加速试验(40℃，RH75％)考察了3个月，室温留样观察了6个月，各项指标均符合要求。 通过动物试验，对肝脂平胶囊的预防治疗脂肪肝和急性肝损伤作用进行了研究，证明其能有效的消除脂肪肝和减轻急性肝损伤的症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fatty liver and acute liver-damage are common diseases and frequently-occurrin-g diseases in people’s daily life. The pathological characteristics are complicated. It’s difficult to cure. For a long time, people invest a large amount of fund and energy in the research and development of new drug for therapy of the disease, and many tradition Chinese medicine has unique opinions in this respect. Various of single and complex folk prescriptions have been used in treating fatty liver and acute liver-damage and gained beneficial effects, especially for the compatibility of medicine which improve the therapeutic activities and decrease the toxic effects.The Ganzhiping capsule composed of Jianghuang Chishao Haizao Fuling and compositon E has the efficiency of soothing the liver to regulate the flow of vital energy, strengthen the spleen by oozing wet firmly of invigorating blood circulation etc. It can effectively prevent and cure the fatty liver and acute liver-damage and chronic hepatitis cause to liver fibrination in clinic. The medicines in the prescription are good for curing liver complaints.In order to confirm the efficacy of the medicine, pharmacological experiments on animals were carried out and preparation technology was screened.The main com-ponents of the Ganzhiping capsule have determined, and quantitative analysis has confirmed, thus offering the scientific foundation for the preparation of the medicine.Have carried on the systematic study of pharmacy to the Ganzhiping capsule. The extraction process of Jianghuang by orthogonal design using ratio of dry extrac-tum and the curcumin content as the index: adding 10 times 90% EtOH, extracting 2 times and boiling 1.5h each time. The extraction process of Chishao and Haizao by orthogonal design using ratio of dry extractum and the C23H28O11 content as the index: adding 10 times water, extracting 3 times and boiling 1h each time. The establishment of the quality standards: Jianghuang, Chishao, Fuling and compsition E are identifyed by TLC. TLC spot is fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interfer-eance, special attribute is strong; Using curcumin as determination targest, establish the content method by HPLC. Average recovery rate was 99.05%, it is reliable to show the method accurately. Carry on preliminary stability to study to the Ganzhiping capsule, accelerated stability (40 ℃, RH75%), investigate 3 month, The Ganzhiping capsule was studied for six months under room temperature. The result showed it kept stable during the time.In the pharmacological studies, the result prove the Ganzhiping capsule can elimination fatty liver effectively and lighten the symptom of liver complaint.更多还原
