组合式金属吸收体玻璃真空管及其系统研究

【摘要】 在能源形势日益严峻和环境污染越来越严重的背景下,太阳热水器在我国得到了很好的发展,并将继续发展下去。为了使其得到更好的发展,本文在目前太阳热水器研究现状的基础上,针对现有热水器的不足,试设计了另外一种金属吸收体式集热器。该集热器由双层玻璃管和薄壁金属管所组成;而且,为了降低成本,由该集热器组成的系统中取消了目前常用的方式联箱,代之的是一种加工简单、成本低廉的联箱;同时,为了安装及更换管支的方便,集热管与联箱之间使用柔性连接方式。本文通过实验测试了该集热管的单管性能以及其系统的日平均效率,测试结果表明:该金属吸收体式集热器单管性能相对于全玻璃式的单管性能有点儿差,但是由其组成系统的日平均效率达到了国家标准的要求,而且该系统完全能够用来产生家庭日常使用热水,可以全年使用,并且系统成本也下降了许多,施工也比较方便。因此,该金属吸收体式集热器具有很好的推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Because energy situation is extremely serious and environment is polluted heavily, the solar water heater is developed very well in our country. In order to develop them better, the paper designs a new kind of metal absorber solar collector on the basis of research status of the solar water heater. The collector is composed of a two-layer glass tube and a thin metal tube. What’s more, the system consisting of the collector sets aside present quadrate connected cases so as to decrease its cost. On the other hand, the collector links with the case by the flexible substance in order to install and replace tubes conveniently.The paper tests one collector tube’s performance and its system’s everyday average efficiency, the result indicates that the one collector tube’s performance should be not very good in comparison with all-glass evacuated solar collector tube, but its system’s everyday average efficiency reaches the demand of national standard. Furthermore, the system can be used to heat living water, its utilization time is not limited, its system’s cost declines a lot and its installation is very convenient. Therefore, the collector deserves popularization.
