畜禽粪便污水光合细菌制氢技术研究

【摘要】 能源匮乏和环境污染是未来人类所面临的两大难题。氢气以其热密度大、洁净燃烧、可再生而被能源界公认为最具潜力的新能源之一,其用途和需求量随着社会的发展正在迅速增加。利用生物技术制取洁净的氢气是世界上许多国家正在大力研究的课题。光合细菌具有光合产氢活性,能利用有机物转化太阳能产生氢能。目前的研究大部分是以各种工业有机废水作为光合细菌处理的底物,而以畜禽粪便作为底物的研究未见有任何报道。当前养殖场排放的畜禽粪便已成为主要污染源之一,因此,畜禽粪便污水光合细菌制氢技术集环境整治和清洁能源生产于一体,是可再生能源与环保领域新技术研究开发的一个新的重要的研究方向。本文重点进行了猪粪污水光合细菌制氢技术的基础性研究。利用球形红假单胞菌(Rhodobacter sphaeroides)1.1737菌株研究了原料浓度、温度、光照强度、原料初始pH值和PSB初期活性等因素对光合产氢的影响作用,通过单因素试验,得出各主要影响因素和产氢量之间的变化规律。同时,本文对产氢量大小影响比较显著的几个因素进行了正交优化试验,结果表明,温度是影响产氢量的最显著因素,其他因素的影响程度顺序依次为光照强度→原料pH值→PSB初期活性,各因素中较佳的水平条件即较好的产氢条件组合是温度为30℃,光照强度为1600lux,原料pH值为7.0,PSB初期活性为对数生长后期60h。 畜禽粪便污水光合细菌制氢技术最突出的特点之一是将生物制氢与畜禽粪便污水的治理有机地结合,在治理废水的同时制取大量的清洁能源氢气,具有显著环境效益、社会效益和经济效益等特点,是一集污水治理与废物综合利用为一体的综合技术,应用前景十分广阔。

【Abstract】 Energy lack and environmental pollution are the two greatest difficulties facing the human being in the future. Hydrogen, with the advantages of high thermal density, clean combustion and renewability, is considered as one of the most potential new energy in the energy field. With the social development, its purpose and demand are increasing quickly. Obtaining clean hydrogen by bio-technology is the theme that many countries in the world are studying greatly. Photosynthetic bacteria have the activity of hydrogen photoproduction and can convert solar energy into hydrogen energy utilizing organics. In present research, the most substrates of photosynthetic bacteria treating are various industrial organic wastewaters. It isn’t reported that swine manure is used as substrate. Now the swine manure from livestock and poultry farms has become one of the chief pollution resources. So the technology of hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria from swine manure wastewater, integrating environment management and clean energy production, is a new important research direction of new technology research and development in the field of renewable energy and environment protection.In this paper, the fundamental research of the technology of hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria from swine manure was carried out emphatically. Phodobacter sphaeroides1.1737 strain was used to study the effect of material concentration, temperature, light intensity, material initial pH and initial activity of PSB on hydrogen photoproduction, The change rules between the main factors and hydrogen production quantity were got through single factor experiments. Then, according to the above experimental results, an orthogonal experiment was designed. It was shown that temperature is the most notable factor influencing the hydrogen production quantity. The <WP=59>sequence of other factors according to influencing degree is as follows: light intensity→material pH→initial activity of PSB. The optimal level conditions of all factors, that is, the best condition combination of hydrogen production is that temperature is 30℃, light intensity is 1600lux, material pH value is 7.0 and initial activity of PSB is 60h.One of the most prominent features of the technology of hydrogen production by photosynthetic bacteria from swine manure is the combination of biological hydrogen production and the swine manure wastewater treatment, that is, obtaining plenty of clean energy hydrogen at the same time of treating wastewater. And the technology has the characteristics of obvious environmental, social and economic benefits. It is one comprehensive technology integrating wastewater treatment and wastes comprehensive utilization, and has a very wide application prospect.
