深松铲工作状态受力分析与计算机模拟

【摘要】 实施农田保护性耕作是农业可持续发展的一项重要内容,其意义深远而重大。多年的实践证明,深松铲是农业保护性耕作的一种重要机具,深松技术是推动农业可持续性发展的一项技术措施。并且深松技术的研究以及深松铲的研制已经受到了科研领域的重视,且得到了一定的发展,然而由于种种原因深松技术仍没有得到非常广泛的应用,深松铲也存在着许多问题,其中,所受工作阻力较大就是一个最为突出的问题。 本文从改善深松铲受力状况、优化其结构参数以更好的满足深松要求入手,利用计算机辅助设计(AutoCAD)技术绘制深松铲的结构图形以利于其分析和设计,并通过对现存深松铲的结构和受力分析,建立了深松铲工作状态的受力数学模型,找出了影响深松铲受力的各个因素,不仅对深松铲的优化有着重大的意义,而且可以得到更加精确的数值和参数,并减少了必须生产出样机进行试验、修正等烦琐的过程,大大节省了时间,节约了资源,提高了生产效率。同时,本文利用计算机高级语言VB编制求解数学模型的程序,从而进一步简化了计算过程,并且使得到的结果更加精确,并可以比较各种不同参数情况下的受力状态,模拟出受力曲线,以科学地优化深松铲的结构和设计参数。然后,通过土槽试验,对所建立的受力数学模型进行了验证,该受力模型在总体上反映了深松铲的受力状况。最后,利用了计算机语言VB编程,实现深松铲工作过程的模拟,可以直观的观察深松铲的工作状况和受力情形,以更加精确的控制深松铲的工作过程和设计出性能更加优越的深松铲。

【Abstract】 Protected farming is an important item of agricultural persistent development, and take on significance and graveness. Many year’s practice show that subsoiler is an important tool of agricultural protected farming, and the subsoiling technique is an technology and measure that promote the agricultural persistent development. And the field of scientific research have been attached importance to research of subsoiling and develop of subsoiler, and gained considerable development, but subsoiling technology has not been extensive application, subsoiler has so many limitations too, and great resistance is prominent limitation.This dissertiation start with improving the status of resistance, optimizing parameter of structure, ploting structure graph of subsoiler by AutoCAD, and constituting mathematical model of subsoiler resistance, finding out every affect factor of resistance, it is not only significant to optimize subsoiler, but to gain more precise value and parameter. And that it can detract the process of producing sample, experimentation and correcting, in addition to economizing time, saving resource and enhancing efficiency. At the same time, the dissertation compiling the program to solve the mathematical model by Visual Basic, predigest consequently process of solving and grain more precise value, on the side, compare resistance state of the different parameter and simulate the curve of resistance to optimize sciencly structure and design parameter of subsoiler. And then validate the mathematical model by trough experimentation, prove that the model can show totally draughting resistance of subsoiler. At last, simulating process of work by programming in Visual Basic, observe distinctly situation of working and resistance and precisely control the process of work and design better performance of subsoiler.
