西部民营企业文化建设研究

【摘要】 企业文化是民族文化和社会文化的现实反映，是现代企业管理的重要组成部分，是一种新的管理哲学。法国前文化部长朗哥曾说过：“文化是明天的经济”，在知识经济时代及西部大开发的浪潮中，民营企业已经成了我国西部经济建设中的重要力量。但目前许多民营企业经营管理上存在着一个共同的问题，即忽视企业文化建设，缺乏优秀的企业文化，这种情况会严重妨碍民营企业的持续发展，也使西部民营企业的经营管理水平难以提高。因此，在文化管理日益受到重视的今天，建设企业文化也成为西部民营企业要解决的当务之急。 本文利用发展的观点，采用具体分析和实证的方法、辩证的方法等，就企业文化的内涵、塑造企业文化的重要性进行了论述，在此分析基础上，对西部民营企业文化建设进行了功能分析，指出了西部地区民营企业文化建设的现状及进行企业文化建设的必要性，通过对一些西部民营企业的文化建设实际情况的调查研究，有针对性地对西部民营企业如何建设企业文化提出了一些建设性的看法。 本文共三章。 第一章介绍企业文化的概念、结构和功能。 第二章主要分析了民营企业在西部地区经济发展中的重要作用，探讨了西部民营企业文化管理的现状以及进行企业文化建设的重要性。 第三章则是从品牌文化、企业家文化、人力资源文化、企业价值观四个方面对西部民营企业文化建设提出了具体策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise culture is a new management philosophy and an important part of modern corporate management , which reflects national and social culture realistically. Lang Ge, the old French culture minister once said "Culture is economy in the future", During the tidal wave of Knowledge-based economy and large-scale western development, Private Enterprise already become the key power of Chinese western economical construction. However, many private enterprises came across a same problem on operating management, that is, such enterprises don’t exist excellent enterprise culture because of their neglect of its establishment. This situation seriously prohibited private enterprises from sustained development, and also made it difficult to improve the management level of them. Therefore, with more and more attention paid on enterprise culture, our urgent affair is to establish enterprise culture of western private enterprises.With the method of concretely analyses, illustration and dialectic, this thesis makes statements on cultural connotation and its importance from developing point of view. Based on these statements, the author makes afurther functional analyses of western private enterprises, pointing out the present development and the necessity of culture establishment. At the end of this thesis, pertaining to how to establish western private enterprise culture, the author puts forward some constructive perspectives. This thesis contains three chapters.The first chapter introduces the concept, structure and function of enterprise culture.The second chapter analyzes the key role which private enterprise plays and probe into the present development and the necessity of establishment of western enterprise culture.The third chapter offers concrete strategies from four aspects-brand culture, entrepreneur culture, Human Resource, and enterprise culture.更多还原
