单层钢结构厂房可靠性的状态评定方法

【摘要】 对于规模化的在役工业厂房群体的安全控制而言,日常的维护和监控有着重要而独特的作用,它们是保证在役工业厂房安全的第一道屏障,但是在我国目前的规范体系中,尚无既简便易用又能够指导维护、监控活动的规范。论文为此针对单层钢结构工业厂房提出了结构可靠性的状态评定方法,为维护、监控规范的制定提供理论依据。 论文在阐述我国工业建筑使用状况和现有结构可靠性评定方法的基础上,通过分析钢结构厂房损伤、破坏的特点、规律和原因,指出结构状态与其可靠性之间的关系,并由此提出结构可靠性的状态评定方法的基本思想:结构状态是结构的外在表现,结构性能的衰退和可靠度水平的降低一般都可表现为结构状态的变化,因此通过对结构状态的分析和评价,可间接地对结构的可靠性作出评定。 论文针对单层钢结构厂房,首先建立了状态评定方法的基本体系:根据结构可靠性的影响因素,进一步建立了作用、地基基础、柱系统、屋盖系统、吊车梁系统的评定指标和分级原则;专门研究了构件截面消弱、表面温度、构件变形等主要指标的评定方法;在此基础上,建立了厂房结构可靠性的综合评定方法。 作为工程应用,对宝钢一炼钢落锤车间厂房进行了专门的研究。在现场调查的基础上,首先对厂房地基的沉降规律进行了分析,并根据状态评定的基本方法,建立了地基沉降的控制标准;鉴于厂房特殊的使用环境,还建立了构件表面温度的控制指标;最后,对该厂房进行了综合评价。 论文研究内容和成果为钢结构工业厂房的可靠性评定提供了新的方法。与现行规范的评定方法相比,该法非常适合于工业厂房的日常维护和监控,弥补了我国规范体系的不足,对于规模化的在役工业厂房群体的安全控制有着特殊的作用,其基本思想和研究方法对于其它类型的厂房结构的安全控制也有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Regular maintenance and monitoring have important and special effect on safety control of scaled serviced industrial workshops and provide primal safe guarantee to served industrial workshops. But in the present standard system there is a lack of criterion that is simple and used easily and can supervises maintenance and monitoring. State appraisal method of structure reliability of monolayer steel structure industrial workshops is developed and render academic gist for the establishment of maintenance and monitoring criterion.Based on the illustration of the using state of industrial buildings and the present appraisal method of structural reliability, the paper indicates the relationship between structural state and reliability, by analyzing the feature rule and reason of scathe and demolish of steel workshop, and puts forward the basic view of appraisal method of structural reliability. Structural state is the external performance of structure; The decline of structural performance and decrease of the reliability level are shown as the alter of structure state. Therefore, the analysis and appraisal of structure state can evaluate the structural reliability indirectly.The paper develops the basic system of state-appraisal method aiming at monolayer steel structure workshop; According to the influence factor of structural reliability, the paper also establishes the appraisal index and gradation principle to the effect foundation column-system roof covering-system and crane girder-system; the appraisal method of main index of unit section’s shortening surface temperature and deformation is especially researched; The integrated appraisal method of structural reliability of industrial building is set up on the basis.A special research on the pylon factory of Bao-steel Stock Ltd .is carried out to illuminate methodological engineering application. On the basis of locale survey, the paper analyzes the deformation law of the foundation firstly, and establishes a controlling standard of the foundation settlement according to the method of state appraisal; In view of the special environment of the workshop, a control index of the surface temperature of element is set up; A integrated appraisal on the workshop is provided at last.The research content and payoffs of the paper supplies a new method to the appraisal of steel structure industrial workshops. Compared with the current appraisal method, the method is verysuitable for the regular maintenance and monitoring of the industrial workshop, and makes up the scarce of the current system, and has a special function for the safety control of the industrial building. Basic idea and method also has some reference values for the safe control of other types of mill structure.
