八钢钢铁制品ERP数据库系统开发研究

【摘要】 随着我国钢铁制品需求量的不断增加,钢铁制品生产发展迅速,计算机控制系统已经得到越来越广泛的应用。针对新疆八一钢铁(集团)有限责任公司(简称八钢)钢铁制品生产的相对落后现状,提出并完成了《八钢钢铁制品ERP数据库系统开发研究》的硕士论文,该项目为企业内部立项的重要课题。 本文对国内外钢铁制品种类、生产、应用以及营销现状进行了全面的分析,对八钢钢铁制品生产的相关情况进行了透彻的分析和研究。采用的研究方法是“理论+市场调研+资料收集”,并进行进一步分析归纳。 通过对八钢钢铁制品在市场上流通的各个环节以及大量用户群的调查,基本掌握了新疆和内地钢铁制品市场的形式特点。联系企业的生产经营、内部管理、营销管理等现状,建设性地提出了企业应加强信息化建设的思路,创建了大型数据库系统,使八钢的产品结构、技术水平、营销策略等一系列环节的运作都得到了有效控制。以数据库为基础,创建了CRM客户管理系统。通过销售终端设计、经销商管理机制和售后服务机制的建立,对钢铁制品生产进行了有效的调整控制,提出的方案合理、便于操作。为了验证ERP数据库控制效果,创建了多指标评价体系,建立的数学模型对于企业生产有较强的示范意义。 在新疆钢铁制品市场调研方面做了重要的前期研究工作,对八钢乃至新疆的金属制品业提供了有价值的发展思路,对八钢存在的问题分析和对策研究具有建设性和可操作性,研究的成果可以作为八钢未来发展的重要参考。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of the demand of steel products in our country, the manufacture is increasing quickly, and the computer control system gets more and more extensive application. Facing the actuality of being behind relatively of BAYI STEEL COMPANY(call 81 STEEL), "The Research on the development of EPR Database system of the steel products of BaYi Steel" is put forward and completed, it is a master paper. This is one of the most important internal items.The category, production ,application and marketing situation of the domestic and international steel product is detailed analysis, also BAYI STEEL’s. The method of" theories + market investigation + data collection" is used, then it is analyzed and induced.Through the investment of each market circulation link and large quantity customers, the form and characteristicses of Xinjiang and hinterland steel product market are basicly mastered .Considered the present conditions of manufacture management, inner management, marketing management, the thought of enhancing information development system is constructively put forwarded . The ERP database is built The operation of a series of links about products structure ,technique level and marketing strategy is validly controlled Marketing managing model is created in order to realize good customer relation management. Concrete projects for design to the sale terminal, dealer management mechanism and after-sales service mechanism are also putting forward, thoughting clear and definite, project reasonable, easy to operatioa the present outlet condition is detailly analysized. Then the outlet evaluation system is put forward for the first time. The mathematics model contains stronger demonstration meaning to market.An important detailed research about Xinjiang’s steel products market investigation is accomplished . Valuable development projects are presented for metal products of BAYI STEEL and even Xinjiang. The analysis and study to problems in market management is constructive and operative. The conclutions are important references to BAYI STEEL.
