中豪大酒店暖通空调设计研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济实力和生活水平的提高,设有中央空调系统的工程项目所占比例也越来越大,建筑能耗尤其是空调能耗在能源消耗中所占比重甚大,是耗能大户,具有巨大的节电节能潜力。而根据文献资料统计,在工程设计中存在着一些缺陷,导致所选设备容量过大,造成极大浪费。针对这些情况,有必要对工程设计进行分析研究,针对工程设计中存在的问题进行改进,达到优化设计、降低耗能、节约资源、减少初投资等目的。 本论文结合本人从事的一个比较典型的工程设计——中豪大酒店,针对在工程设计中需要注意的冷热源优化选择、厨房通风分析计算、室内游泳池通风分析计算等三个问题进行分析讨论,并根据分析讨论结果对该工程的空调主机房、厨房、游泳池等进行了空调通风设计计算。 在参考有关文献的基础上,本论文提出了进行冷热源选择时需要遵循的五项原则:可行性原则、经济性原则、调节性和可操作性原则、安全性原则、环保性原则。在选择冷热源时,应根据工程的具体情况,综合考虑上述五项原则,评价各个备选方案,最后得到一个最优方案。在上述五项原则中,经济性原则是建设单位最为关心的,也是设计人员重点考虑的原则,在其他各项原则满足条件的前提下,应该采用年经常费用法对各备选方案进行分析,取年经常费用最低的方案作为优选方案。 针对厨房通风设计,本论文首先分析了厨房的污染物及其有害性,总结了厨房通风空调设计中经常出现的问题,并有针对性的提出了厨房设计应该注意的几个方面。最后根据有关文献列出了厨房空调负荷、通风计算方法。需要重点指出的是:1、厨房不应采用空调回风;2、厨房气流组织要合理;3、厨房排风量要满足罩口风速要求。 对于游泳池通风空调设计,本论文结合游泳池设计中普遍存在的许多问题,分析了游泳池环境的特殊性,指出了在游泳池空调通风设计中需要注意的一些问题。指出要解决好游泳池内表面防结露问题,首先需要从设计出发,分析游泳池的室内特殊环境,计算游泳池散湿量、通风量、冷热负荷,合理进行气流组织设计。

【Abstract】 This paper gives out principal keys on design optimizing, energy consumption reduction, resources saving and elementary investment reduction for HVAC systems of typical modern hotels.As a case study, data derived from the HVAC systems of Zhonghao Hotel are calculated and analyzed. Three sections, - heating/cooling sources optimization, analysis and calculation of public kitchen ventilation, and analysis and calculation of ventilation for indoor swimming pool -are discussed for the proposal of energy saving and environmental protection.Practical methods on heating/cooling sources selection, which consist of the principles of feasibility, economy, adjustability/maneuverability, security and environmental friendliness, are introduced to avoid over-sizing HVAC equipments. Calculation of the HVAC systems of Zhonghao Hotel shows that analysis on annual energy consumption is essential to optimize the potential plans. Economy analysis is the most concerned one of the five principles above by the owners of the realties, thus the plan for HVAC systems with the character of the lowest annual energy consumption usually wins.Ventilation systems of public kitchen should be paid great concern. People nowadays know very much about the pollution in public kitchen and the impact to human health. This paper tries to figure out the most significant problems which often occur in the design of kitchen ventilating. Here list several rules followed when designing: 1. Return air duct system should not be applied to public kitchen ventilating. 2. Air currents should be organized properly. 3. Exhaust volume should match the requirement of the wind speed around the slot inlet of the hoods.HVAC systems for indoor swimming pool have unique characters according to normal ventilating systems. This paper gives a suggestion after analyzing misconceptions in several other projects that the most crucial point of ventilation designing for indoor swimming pool is to prevent condensation on surfaces of building envelopes. The primary focus should be on the initial design of the structure and the HVAC systems. The most effective way to do so is to analyze the special indoor environment of swimming pools, calculate the proper volume of moisture migration and ventilation, and check carefully the heating/cooling loads. Good air currents organization could also be essentially necessary.Generally, projects with HVAC systems occupy a great part in the overall building market. Energy consumption in Buildings especially by HVAC systems makes a big deal of the payment of electricity and fossil fuels. This paper could be helpful to decrease the energy consumption by. HVAC systems and reduce mistakes of HVAC design of typical modem hotels.
